Common Problems
Q: Why is my device offline?
A: A newly added device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for a long time, please check its status via the blue Wi-Fi indicator ?:
1. Blue Wi-Fi indicator blinks rapidly once per second:
This means the switch failed to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Possible causes:
- ⚠️ You might have entered the wrong Wi-Fi password.
- ? There might be too large a distance between the switch and your router, or the environment may cause interference. Consider moving the router closer. If unsuccessful, please try adding it again.
- ? 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is supported. 5G Wi-Fi network is not supported.
- ? MAC address filtering might be enabled on your router. Please disable it.
2. Blue Wi-Fi indicator blinks rapidly twice per second:
This means your device has connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.
Ensure a stable network connection. If the double blink occurs frequently, it indicates an unstable network, not a product issue. If the network is normal, try pressing the "Reset" button ? or turn off the power to restart the switch.
