Factory Reset
Long press any button you desire to pair for about 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short and one long flash and release. The reset is successful, and the device enters quick pairing mode (Touch).

Note: Please reset the switch to factory defaults if you want to use other Wi-Fi networks, then reconnect the network.
RF Remote Controller Pairing
The switch supports remote controllers with a 433.92MHz frequency band for turning on/off. Each channel can be learned independently, providing local short-range wireless control, not Wi-Fi control.
Pairing Method
Long press the touch button you want to pair until you hear a "beep" sound, then release it. Press the corresponding button on the RF remote controller, and you will hear another "beep" sound after successful pairing. Other buttons can be paired using this method.
Clearing Method
Long press the touch button you want to clear until you hear two "beep" sounds, then release it. Press the corresponding button on the RF remote controller, and you will hear a "beep" sound again after successful clearing. Other buttons can be cleared using this method.
Common Problems
Q: Why my device stays "Offline"?
A:
The newly added device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for a long time, diagnose the issue based on the blue Wi-Fi indicator status:
1. Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes once per second:
- The Wi-Fi password may have been entered incorrectly.
- The distance between the switch and your router might be too large, or the environment may cause interference. Try moving closer to the router. If it fails, add the device again.
- 5G Wi-Fi networks are not supported; only 2.4GHz wireless networks are supported.
- MAC address filtering might be enabled. Please disable it.
2. Blue indicator flashes twice per second:
This means your device has connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server. Ensure your network is stable. Frequent double flashing indicates an unstable network, not a product defect. If the network is normal, try pressing the "Reset Button" (?) or turning off the power to restart the switch.
