Common Problems
Q: Why my device stays “Offline”?
A: The newly added device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and network. If it stays offline for a long time, check the blue Wi-Fi indicator status:
- Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes once per second: Switch failed to connect to your Wi-Fi.
- Check Wi-Fi password.
- Ensure router is within range; move closer if interference is suspected.
- Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported, not 5G.
- Disable MAC address filtering on the router.
If issues persist, create a Wi-Fi hotspot from your mobile data and try adding the device again.
- Blue indicator flashes twice per second: Device connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.
Ensure a stable network connection. Frequent double flashes may indicate an unstable network. If the network is normal, try restarting the switch by turning off the power.
