Dimensions
Diagram Description: The compressor has several connection points and dimensions labeled. The main body has dimensions A (137 mm), B (135 mm), B1 (128 mm), and B2 (73 mm). Connector locations are C, D, and E with specific angles and dimensions. Connector C (Suction) is at 6.2 mm / 40°, Connector D (Process) is at 6.2 mm / 45°, and Connector E (Discharge) is at 5.0 mm / 21°. All connectors are made of Cu-plated steel with Al caps. Connector tolerance is ±0.09 on 5.0 +0.12/+0.20 mm.

Operational Errors
Error Code / LED Flashes | Error Type | Description |
---|---|---|
6 | Thermostat failure | If the NTC thermistor is short-circuit or has no connection. |
5 | Thermal cut-out of electronic unit | If the refrigeration system has been too heavily loaded, or if the ambient temperature is high, the electronic unit will run too hot. |
4 | Minimum motor speed error | If the refrigeration system is too heavily loaded, the motor cannot maintain minimum speed at approximately 1,850 rpm. |
3 | Motor start error | The rotor is blocked or the differential pressure in the refrigeration system is too high (>5 bar). |
2 | Too many start attempts or fan over current | Too many compressor or fan starts in short time or fan current higher than 0.5A avg. |
1 | Battery protection cut-out | The voltage is outside the cut-out setting. |

Wiring Diagram Description
The diagram illustrates the connections for a Secop Gateway system. Key components include:
- Power supply: Connected to the main switch and fuse.
- Secop Gateway (105N9518 V01.02): Connects to the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) via USB-C and to the PC via USB. It also has connections for communication (Comm.) and options (option a, option b).
- ECU: Receives input from the power supply and communicates with the Gateway.
- Optional connections: Includes LED indicators, NTC resistor, mechanical thermostat, and resistors R1 (speed selection) and R2 (battery protection).
- Terminal plug: Connects to the compressor.
- Remote kit: Connects to the system.
Important notes include not connecting the D/I pin when using D/I on BD-Products and verifying connections for the Gateway and interface.

Instructions for Electronic Units are available for download at www.secop.com.
Service/Repair Precautions:
- ⚠️ Maximum temperature at socket: 150°C / 302°F.
- Use silver brazing solder with flux.
- Do not heat the bottom of the discharge connector directly.
- Do not braze longer than 10 seconds and wait for 5 minutes for the next soldering attempt (refer to Product Bulletin DES.N.101.M1).
