Operational Errors

Error Code / LED FlashesError TypeDescription
6Thermostat failureCan be read out in the software (TOOL4COOL®). Occurs if the NTC thermistor is short-circuit or has no connection. Also indicates thermal cut-out of the electronic unit if the refrigeration system is overloaded or ambient temperature is high.
4Minimum motor speed errorOccurs if the refrigeration system is too heavily loaded, preventing the motor from maintaining minimum speed (approx. 1,850 rpm).
3Motor start errorThe rotor is blocked, or the differential pressure in the refrigeration system is too high (>5 bar).
2Too many start attempts or fan over currentOccurs with too many compressor or fan starts in a short time, or if fan current exceeds 0.5A (average).
1Battery protection cut-outThe voltage is outside the cut-out setting.
