Operational Errors (TOOL4COOL® or LED flashes)

  1. Communication error: Master controller communication stopped.
  2. Thermostat failure: NTC thermistor short-circuit or no connection.
  3. Thermal cut-out of electronic unit: PCB or machine compartment temperature exceeds limits.
  4. Minimum motor speed error: System too heavily loaded, motor cannot maintain min. speed.
  5. Motor start error: Rotor blocked or high differential pressure.
  6. Fan over-current cut-out: Fan overloading the electronic unit.
  7. Battery protection cut-out: Voltage outside cut-out setting.

Secop BDN45F/-A, BDN50K/-A, MB3CKV, and BDN-EV compressors use a special discharge connector element for optimized energy consumption.

This element is made of plastic and is sensitive to high heat exposure.

Brazing Instructions:
