Operational Errors (TOOL4COOL® or LED flashes)
- Communication error: Master controller communication stopped.
- Thermostat failure: NTC thermistor short-circuit or no connection.
- Thermal cut-out of electronic unit: PCB or machine compartment temperature exceeds limits.
- Minimum motor speed error: System too heavily loaded, motor cannot maintain min. speed.
- Motor start error: Rotor blocked or high differential pressure.
- Fan over-current cut-out: Fan overloading the electronic unit.
- Battery protection cut-out: Voltage outside cut-out setting.
Product Bulletin: Brazing on BD Nano Discharge Connector
Secop BDN45F/-A, BDN50K/-A, MB3CKV, and BDN-EV compressors use a special discharge connector element for optimized energy consumption.
This element is made of plastic and is sensitive to high heat exposure.
Brazing Instructions:
- When brazing a tube into the discharge connector, ensure the area with the discharge connector element does not exceed 150°C / 302°F.
- Do not heat the bottom of the connector directly.
- Use a fork burner (see figure 3) and/or a damp cloth. A protective plate can also protect the element from direct flame heat.
- Do not braze longer than 10 seconds and wait for 5 minutes for the next soldering attempt.
