Bluetooth Pairing
Follow these steps to connect your JLab GO Air Sport earbuds:
- Take out your earbuds and remove the stickers. Place them back in the charging case and close the lid.
- A red light in the charging case indicates charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.
- One earbud will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.
- Select "JLab GO Air Sport" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. An audio prompt with two beeps, followed by blinking white lights, indicates you are connected.
Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices: Turn off Bluetooth on a previously paired device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case; they will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab GO Air Sport" in your device settings.
Button Functions
Control your audio and calls with intuitive touch controls:
Left Earbud:
- Volume Down: Single tap.
- Siri (iOS) / "OK Google" (Android): Double tap.
- Track Back: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Right Earbud:
- Volume Up: Single tap.
- Play / Pause: Double tap.
- Track Forward: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Calls:
- Answer Call: Single tap.
- End Call: Double tap.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1+ second.
EQ Change:
- Triple tap either the left or right earbud to cycle through EQ settings.
Customize EQ³ Sound Modes
The GO Air Sport offers three distinct EQ sound modes. Tap either the right or left earbud 3 times to cycle through them:
- JLab SIGNATURE: JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced voices and bass.
- BALANCED: Even sound without any extra sound enhancements.
- BASS BOOST: Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Charging Earbuds
Your earbuds will automatically turn off and begin charging when placed in the case.
- Place earbuds in the case.
- The earbuds will automatically start and connect to your device when removed.
Charging Indicators:
- Solid Red Light: Case battery is between 100% and 25%.
- Blinking Red Light (4 times): Case battery is less than 25%. Please charge the case.
Charging the Case
Connect the GO Air Sport to a computer or a USB port on a device with a 5V/1A (or less) power supply.
- Charging: The case will blink blue.
- Fully Charged: The case will show a solid blue light.
Placement
For the best fit and proper seal, try all included ear tips. Place the ear hook behind your ear, then rotate and adjust for optimal fit.
Quick Tips
- Either the left or right earbud can be used separately for music and phone calls. Simply choose one and remove it from the case to connect.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to pair with, and then turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect.
Warnings
- Dry the earbuds completely before placing them in the charging case to avoid damage to the case.
- The earbuds are sweat and water resistant, but the charging case is not.
Troubleshooting: Failed Connection or Disconnection
If your earbuds fail to connect or disconnect from each other, perform a manual reset:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and disconnect "JLab GO Air Sport" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Quickly tap one earbud 7 times in the charging case. The earbud will blink blue 4 times.
- Quickly tap the other earbud 7 times in the charging case. The earbud will blink blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will be solid white, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

General Care and Warnings
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax can build up on the earbud tips and impair sound quality. Gently remove earwax with a cotton swab or a small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or refraining from using the earbuds for a while. If discomfort persists, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to how you would treat a pair of fine sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
