Operation Instructions
Turning the Tool ON/OFF
To Turn ON: Click the power button twice to the ON position. The indicator light will illuminate. ▶️
To Turn OFF: Click the power button twice to the OFF position. The indicator light will extinguish. ⏹️
Loading Nails and Fuel
- Open the magazine by pressing the release button.
- Insert a strip of Paslode 30° nails into the magazine, ensuring they are seated correctly.
- Close the magazine until it clicks shut.
- Insert a Paslode gas fuel cell into the designated compartment.
Nailing Procedure
- Ensure the tool is switched ON.
- Place the nose of the nailer firmly against the work surface.
- Press the trigger to drive a nail. BANG! ?
- For sequential tripping (single shot), ensure the contact tip is depressed before pulling the trigger.
- For bump firing (continuous nailing), hold the trigger down and bump the contact tip against the work surface. BZZZZZ!
Battery Charging
Use only the Paslode-approved charger. Connect the battery to the charger and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes [time].
Battery Life:
- Approximately 1100 nails per charge.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of the tool.
- Cleaning the Nose and Magazine: Periodically clean the nose and magazine area to remove debris. Use a soft cloth and compressed air if available.

Troubleshooting
Nail Jam: If a nail jams, turn the tool OFF, remove the battery and fuel cell, and carefully clear the jam using the provided tool or a suitable object. Ensure the nail strip is correctly loaded.
Tool Not Firing: Check battery charge, fuel cell level, and ensure the safety mechanism is not engaged. Verify the contact tip is depressed.
Weak Nailing: Ensure the battery is fully charged and the fuel cell is not empty. Check for any obstructions in the air passages.
