Loading Nails and Fuel

To load nails, open the magazine, insert the nail strip, and close the magazine until it clicks. Ensure the nails are seated correctly.

To insert the fuel cell, remove the protective cap and screw it into the designated port on the nailer until it is firmly seated. A 'click' sound indicates proper insertion.

Safety Note: Always ensure the tool is switched OFF before loading or maintenance.

Powering On/Off

The IM350+ has a simple on/off mechanism. To turn the tool ON, press the power button once ('1 CLICK!'). To turn it OFF, press the power button twice ('2 CLICKS!').

Nailing Operation

Place the nose of the nailer firmly against the work surface. Squeeze the trigger to drive a nail. The tool is designed for sequential nailing.

Depth Adjustment

The depth of drive can be adjusted by rotating the depth adjustment wheel located near the nose of the nailer. Rotate clockwise to drive nails deeper, and counter-clockwise to drive them shallower.

180° Rotation Feature

The nose of the nailer can be rotated 180 degrees to access tight spaces or for specific nailing angles.

Cleaning Kit

Use the Paslode Cleaning Kit (Part No. 013690) for regular cleaning. The kit typically includes a cleaning spray and a cloth.

Cleaning Procedure

Follow these steps for cleaning:

1. Ensure the tool is disconnected from power and fuel.
2. Open the magazine and remove any remaining nails.
3. Spray the cleaning solution into the tool's internal mechanisms, particularly around the drive blade and magazine area.
4. Wipe down the exterior of the tool with the provided cloth.
5. Allow the tool to dry completely before reassembling and using.

Filter Replacement

The filter (Part No. 900315) should be replaced periodically to ensure proper air intake.

Common Issues and Solutions

• Nail Jam: If a nail jams, turn off the tool, remove the fuel cell and battery, and carefully clear the jam using the appropriate tools.
• Weak Driving Power: Check the fuel cell level, battery charge, and ensure the tool is clean and properly lubricated.
