Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach part 4 and part 9 to part 5 using screws B (x8).
Step 2
Connect part 4 and part 5 to part 2 using hardware A (x4). Ensure the cam lock starting position is correct before inserting the quickfit connector.
Detail: The Quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.
Action: Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten.
Step 3
Attach part 8 to the assembled structure using screws B (x4).
Step 4
Attach part 8 to the top of the assembled structure using screws B (x4).
Step 5
Insert part 3 into the assembled structure from the bottom, securing with screws B (x4).
Step 6
Adjust the doors using hardware D (x4). Turn the adjustment screws clockwise or anti-clockwise as needed to align the doors vertically and laterally, and to adjust the gap from the main frame.
Step 7
Attach the doors (part 7) using hardware E (x4) and screws C (x24).
Step 8
Attach the hinges (part H) to the doors using screws I (x4). Then attach the hinges to the cabinet frame using screws A (x4).
Step 9
Mount the cabinet to the wall. Use hardware G (x6) and screws F (x6) to attach mounting brackets (part H) to the wall. Ensure the brackets are level. Then hang the cabinet onto the mounted brackets.
Step 10
Final check of all connections and alignment.
