Important Notes on Installation:
- Quickfit: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
- Cam Lock: Ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when panels are joined. Insert the cam lock before the quickfit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
- Drawer Runners: Pull inner and outer drawer runners apart until the drawer lock can be seen. Press and hold the drawer runner lock and continue to slide the runners apart. Your inner and outer drawer runners are ready to be fixed to panels.
- Hinges: Hinges may need adjustment for doors to align. Adjust vertically by loosening and moving the screw. Adjust the gap from the door to the main frame by turning the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise. Adjust laterally by turning the screw clockwise or anti-clockwise.
- Wall Mounting: If it is a solid wall, use expansion and self-tapping screws. If it is a wooden wall, use only self-tapping screws. Do not overtighten the screws.
Anti-Dumping Belt: This belt fixes the product to the wall and can be used or not, depending on your needs.
