Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 Pre-Order Promotion Terms and Conditions - June-July 2025

1. Participation Requirements

To participate in the promotion, individuals must meet the following criteria during the relevant promotion period:

• Be a private individual, resident of or citizen of Israel, or hold a legal residency permit in Israel.
• Comply with all terms and conditions herein and be registered in the Company's computerized systems.

2. How to Participate in the Promotion

From Tuesday, July 9, 2025, at 17:00 until Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 12:00, participants can pre-order the new Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 series devices (the "Devices") through the Company's online store at Samsung E-Store and receive benefits as detailed below.

The Company reserves the right to change the benefit details, these terms, or the device models for any reason.

Delivery date for pre-orders is from Thursday, July 31, 2025.

It is clarified that the supply of Devices is subject to the security situation in Israel, flight availability to Israel, and the availability of supply and shipping companies operating within the country.

It is clarified that the Company will not be liable for any delay in supply due to these reasons, including but not limited to security limitations, disruptions in air transport, or interruptions in the operations of shipping and distribution entities.

3. The Benefit

Subject to section 2.1 above, a participant who purchases a Galaxy Z Fold7 or Galaxy Z Flip7 device as part of the promotion will be entitled to double the storage capacity at no additional cost (e.g., purchasing a 512GB device for the price of a 256GB device). It is clarified that 256GB storage will not be available for purchase as part of this benefit.

The minimum quantity of Devices included in the promotion for which the benefit will be granted is two hundred (200) devices from the Galaxy Z Fold7 or Galaxy Z Flip series.

The Company may change the device quota and the nature of the benefit at any time at its sole discretion.

A customer who does not purchase one of the Devices listed above during the promotion period will not be entitled to the benefit or any alternative (it is clarified that the customer will not be entitled to a discount voucher for future use).

4. Promotion Terms

• It is clarified that for each device (by serial number) purchased as per section 3, the participant will be entitled to only one benefit.
• It is clarified that there is no double promotion.
• The promotion benefit is non-exchangeable and no credit will be given for its return.
• If a device ordered is returned by a participant in accordance with applicable law, the participant must return the benefit received with the device.

5. Promotion Periods

• The promotion period will begin on Tuesday, July 9, 2025, at 17:00 and will end on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 12:00, or while stocks last.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate, extend, or shorten the promotion period or any other related activity at any time at its sole discretion, without needing to provide a reason.

6. Responsibility

• The sole responsibility for the supply of Devices and the benefit within the promotion, as well as for the collection and/or refund of payment related to the purchase of the Device, shall lie with the Distributor. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable in any way and shall not bear any responsibility for the supply of Devices and the benefit or for the refund of payment related to the purchase of the Device.
• The benefit (if applicable) will be provided to the participant with a valid manufacturer's warranty.
• Participants acknowledge that they are aware that the execution of the promotions depends, among other things, on the proper functioning of the internet network and other factors beyond the Company's control. Therefore, the Company may, at its discretion, cancel the promotions, in whole or in part and from time to time, if factors arise that disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the promotions.
• The Company is not responsible and will not be responsible in any way for the proper functioning of the national telephone network and/or communication and/or computers, in all their components, and will not bear responsibility for any interruptions or disruptions in the provision of any of the said services, or for any damages, direct or indirect, including direct or indirect expenses, incurred by the participant in the promotions due to such disruptions or interruptions.
• The participant undertakes to indemnify the Company and/or the Distributor and anyone on their behalf, their employees and managers, for any damage (direct or indirect), loss of income, loss, payment, or expenses incurred by them due to the participant's breach of these terms, including attorney's fees and legal expenses.
• If a device ordered is returned by a participant in accordance with applicable law, the participant must return the benefit received with the device.

7. General

• All rights of any kind, including intellectual property rights, related to the promotions and/or the Company's content appearing in the promotions, including rights in goodwill, logos, any trademark, and trade name, whether registered or not, and any similar right, are the exclusive property of the Company and/or (as the case may be) of third parties and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or such third parties.
• It is clarified that the Company's records obtained from the Company's computer system will constitute conclusive evidence of their correctness and/or the fact of their submission by the participants, and no claim will be raised regarding the correctness and/or incorrectness and/or lack of details and/or accuracy of the details recorded in the system.
• The participant agrees and confirms that the Company may store the details provided by them in its databases, as well as additional information that accumulates about them, for the purpose of, from time to time, contacting them (including by sending emails or SMS), advertising, providing mailing services, by the Company and/or anyone on its behalf and/or other entities, collecting information about them and using it, including its storage, transfer, and sharing, by the Company and/or anyone on its behalf and/or other entities, for statistical purposes, and for commercial purposes, without any compensation.
• Except as otherwise provided in these terms and subject to applicable law, no part of the Company's rights or third-party rights may be used, copied, reproduced, photographed, distributed, or published (including, but not limited to: image, video, design, text, information, file, content, trade name, trademark, logo, sound, source code, object code, software) without the written consent of the Company and/or those third parties in advance.
• It is known to every participant and/or applicant to participate that their participation in the promotions is subject to any term and/or condition contained in the promotion and that it is done with their full consent.
• The participant and/or applicant to participate has read these terms and accepts their provisions.
• In any case of discrepancy and/or contradiction between the provisions of these terms and what is stated in an advertisement or any other publication or information provided to the public of participants, whether by the Company or by an authorized entity on its behalf, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.
• In this promotion, the masculine gender is used for convenience only and includes reference to the feminine gender and/or plural.
