Samsung Voucher Competition: Win Up to €4796

1. Organizer

The organizer is Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s.r.o., located at V parku 2323/14, Chodov, 148 00 Prague 4, with company ID 289 87 322. The organization also operates through its branch in Slovakia, located at Bussines centier IV Galvaniho 17 / C, Bratislava 821 04, with company ID 45 306 281.

2. Participants

Any individual residing in the Slovak Republic who is 16 years or older and meets the competition's conditions can become a participant. Individuals aged 16 to 18 require consent from their legal guardian. Employees of the organizer, their close relatives, and individuals in similar relationships are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Content and Duration, Winner Selection

To enter the competition, register on the page www.samsung.com/sk/unpacked or via your Samsung Account between June 24, 2025, and July 4, 2025. Registration involves expressing interest in receiving product information for July 2025 by filling out and submitting the registration form. Registration does not constitute a purchase agreement.

The competition runs from June 24, 2025, to July 4, 2025.

Winners will be selected by random draw after the competition ends, by July 6, 2025. Winners will be notified via email and provided with instructions on how to claim their prize. Prizes must be claimed between July 9, 2025, and July 24, 2025, by using the discount voucher on the www.samsung.com/sk/ shopping cart.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the rules or violate them.

4. Prizes

A total of 7 prizes are available, with a total value of €4796. These include:

• 3 vouchers worth €1000 each for purchases in the organizer's e-shop.
• 4 vouchers worth €449 each for purchasing a Galaxy Ring in the organizer's e-shop.

Each participant can win only one prize.

All prizes will be provided as unique codes for purchases on the organizer's e-shop: www.samsung.com/sk.

5. Prize Delivery

Winners will be notified via email with details on how to claim their prize. The prizes, which are discount vouchers, will be sent via email. The validity of the discount vouchers is limited to July 9, 2025, to July 24, 2025. Winners must use the voucher during checkout on www.samsung.com/sk/ within this period. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture.

If the final price of products purchased is lower than the voucher value, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

6. Participant Rights and Obligations

Only registrations that meet the conditions outlined in Article 3 and are completed within the competition period will be considered valid. Participants confirm that all provided information is truthful and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement for costs incurred during participation or prize claiming.

Participants acknowledge that if they withdraw their consent without valid reason or due to a significant change in circumstances, they may be liable for damages to the organizer.

By participating, participants grant the organizer the right to process their personal data (name, surname, email address) for the purpose of organizing and evaluating the competition, as described in these rules.

7. Organizer Rights and Obligations

The organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of similar type and value or to change prize delivery conditions if the specified prize cannot be awarded as per the rules. The organizer is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information provided during the competition, whether due to human error or technical issues. The organizer is not obligated to provide reasons for disqualifying entries.

8. Final Provisions

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their registration information. If an incorrect or non-existent email address is provided, the organizer is not obligated to contact the participant further or ensure prize delivery. The organizer is not liable for non-delivery of prizes or failure to claim prizes within the stipulated timeframe.

The organizer may request further verification if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. Participants must provide requested data within 48 hours. The organizer has the final decision-making authority in disputes regarding competition rules compliance and may deny prize claims.

Participants who engage in fraudulent activity to win a prize may be disqualified without entitlement to the prize.

By registering, participants agree to and commit to adhering to the competition rules and conditions.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition in exceptional circumstances. The organizer may change the competition rules or technical/organizational aspects. Changes to the rules become effective upon publication on the Samsung websites, including www.samsung.com/sk/unpacked.

If a participant does not agree with rule changes, they may terminate their participation by notifying the organizer via email at info@samsung.sk or by calling the helpline at 0800 726 786 (weekdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

These competition rules will be available at the organizer's headquarters and published on www.samsung.com/sk/unpacked throughout the competition period.

This competition is governed by Slovak law. Legal action to claim participation or prizes is excluded.
