Terms and Conditions for the Pre-Registration Offer

These terms and conditions apply to the pre-registration promotional offer ("Offer"), which provides an opportunity for customers who register their interest in the upcoming Galaxy smartphones (the "Device") to receive a promotional gift in the form of a free shopping coupon. This coupon can be redeemed through the online store.

The Offer is presented by Samsung Electronics Levant Iraq ("Samsung") and is designed for its customers in the Republic of Iraq (the "Territory").

This Offer is available only to customers who complete the interest registration form on the Samsung website: https://www.samsung.com/iq_ar. Upon completion, the customer will receive a free shopping coupon worth seventy-three thousand Iraqi Dinars (IQD 73,000) for use when pre-ordering the upcoming Samsung Galaxy smartphone, scheduled for announcement on July 9, 2025. Customers will also be eligible to enter a draw to win a 75-inch Samsung QLED TV (Model: QA75QE1DAUXTW), and will be among the 20 winners of a shopping coupon worth one million four hundred fifty thousand Iraqi Dinars (IQD 1,450,000) for purchasing the upcoming Samsung Galaxy smartphone, valid until September 30, 2025. However, if a customer clicks the link to the form without completing the required data, they will receive a free shopping coupon worth forty-four thousand Iraqi Dinars (IQD 44,000).

The shopping coupon will be sent to the customer's email address registered when filling out the interest registration form.

• The Offer is valid from June 24, 2025, until July 9, 2025 ("Offer Period").
• Participation in this Offer is limited to customers who have reached the age of majority according to the applicable laws in the Territory and are legally eligible to enter into these terms and conditions.
• The quantity of devices allocated for this Offer is limited, and confirmation of your order shipment depends on device availability. Even if your order is confirmed, it does not mean we have accepted your order; it only means we have received your order.
• Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, amend, or modify any of these terms.
• Samsung is not responsible for any loss or damage, of any kind, that may be incurred by the customer due to their inability to activate or use this Offer, or for any other reason whatsoever.
• If a customer participates in this Offer, they agree that any dispute arising from participation, regardless of its nature, whether directly related to this Offer or the terms and conditions, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and settled by the competent courts in Iraq.
• Promotional gifts are provided subject to availability. Samsung will not be obligated to provide any alternatives related to the promotional gifts if they are no longer available.
• The promotional gift cannot be exchanged for cash or any other gift.
• The promotional discount cannot be used or combined with any other discount.
