Assembly Instructions
Note: Two adults are required to complete assembly.
Step 1
Attach two Cam Lock Screws (1) to each of the Small Back Panels (F and G). The screws should be inserted into the pre-drilled holes on the side edges.
Step 2
Attach the Handle Bars (H and I) to the Small Back Panels (F and G). Insert two Cam Lock Nuts (2) into the pre-drilled holes on the Handle Bars. Align the Handle Bars with the Small Back Panels and secure them using two Cam Lock Screws (1) on each side, ensuring the Handle Bars are firmly attached.
Step 3
Attach the Long Cam Lock Screws (6) and Flat Head Screws (4) to the Left Side Panel (D) and Right Side Panel (E). Insert two Long Cam Lock Screws (6) into the top edge of each panel and four Flat Head Screws (4) into the side edges. Then, attach the Cam Lock Nuts (2) to the corresponding holes on the panels. Ensure the Cam Lock Nuts are turned to lock the screws in place.
Step 4
Attach the Long Cam Lock Screws (6) and Flat Head Screws (4) to the Central Divider Panel (Q). Insert two Long Cam Lock Screws (6) into the top edge and four Flat Head Screws (4) into the side edges. Then, attach the Cam Lock Nuts (2) to the corresponding holes on the panel. Ensure the Cam Lock Nuts are turned to lock the screws in place. This step involves rotating the panel for proper alignment.
Step 5
Attach the Small Back Panel (G) to the Right Side Panel (E). Align the pre-drilled holes and secure using Small Screws (11). Ensure the panel is flush with the side panel.
Step 6
Attach the Small Back Panel (F) to the Left Side Panel (D). Align the pre-drilled holes and secure using Small Screws (11). Ensure the panel is flush with the side panel.
Step 7
Connect the Left Side Panel (D), Central Divider Panel (Q), and Base Panel (U). Insert Wood Dowels (3) into the Base Panel (U). Attach the Left Side Panel (D) and Central Divider Panel (Q) to the Base Panel (U) using Cam Lock Screws (1) and Cam Lock Nuts (2). Ensure the panels are securely joined and aligned.
Step 8
Attach the Front Crossbar (B) and Back Crossbars (C) to the assembled structure. Insert Wood Dowels (3) into the appropriate holes. Connect the Front Crossbar (B) and Back Crossbars (C) to the Left Side Panel (D) and Central Divider Panel (Q) using Cam Lock Nuts (2). Ensure all connections are tight.
Step 9
Insert the Middle Shelves (P) into the assembled structure. Slide the Middle Shelves (P) into the grooves on the Left Side Panel (D), Central Divider Panel (Q), and Front Crossbar (B). Press down firmly to ensure they are seated correctly.
Step 10
Attach the Right Side Panel (E) to the assembled structure. Connect the Right Side Panel (E) to the Middle Shelves (P), Front Crossbar (B), and Base Panel (U) using Cam Lock Nuts (2) and Wood Dowels (3). Ensure all connections are secure and the structure is stable.
Step 11
Attach Cam Lock Screws (1) to the Top Panel (A). Insert six Cam Lock Screws (1) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Top Panel (A).
Step 12
Attach the Top Panel (A) to the assembled structure. Align the Top Panel (A) with the Cam Lock Screws (1) from Step 11, and secure it to the Left Side Panel (D), Central Divider Panel (Q), and Right Side Panel (E) using Cam Lock Nuts (2) and Wood Dowels (3). Ensure the Top Panel is firmly attached.
Step 13
Attach the Caster Wheels (12) to the Base Panel (U). Secure each of the four Caster Wheels (12) using two Large Screws (13) and four Small Screws (14). Ensure all Caster Wheels are firmly attached to the underside of the Base Panel (U).
Step 14
Attach the Cabinet Hinges (5) and Magnetic Catches (17) to the Cabinet Doors (S and T). Secure two Cabinet Hinges (5) to the side of each Cabinet Door (S and T) using Flat Head Screws (4). Attach the Door Handles (9) to the front of the Cabinet Doors using Door Handle Screws (10). Attach the Magnetic Catches (17) to the inside top and bottom corners of the Cabinet Doors using Flat Head Screws (4).
Step 15
Attach the Cabinet Doors (S and T) to the main structure. Align the Cabinet Hinges (5) with the pre-drilled holes on the Left Side Panel (D), Central Divider Panel (Q), and Right Side Panel (E). Secure the hinges using Flat Head Screws (4). Ensure the doors open and close smoothly and the Magnetic Catches (17) align with the corresponding points on the frame.
Step 16
Assemble the Drawer Front Panels (M and V). Attach Cam Lock Screws (1) to the Drawer Front Panels (M and V). Insert two Cam Lock Screws (1) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of each Drawer Front Panel.
Step 17
Assemble the Drawer Side Panels (K and L) and Drawer Back Panels (N). Attach Cam Lock Screws (13) to the Drawer Side Panels (K and L). Insert two Cam Lock Screws (13) into the pre-drilled holes on the ends of each Drawer Side Panel. Connect the Drawer Side Panels (K and L) to the Drawer Back Panels (N) using Cam Lock Nuts (2). Ensure the drawer frame is square.
Step 18
Attach the Drawer Bottom Panels (J) to the assembled drawer frames. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panels (J) into the grooves of the Drawer Side Panels (K and L) and Drawer Back Panels (N). Ensure they are seated firmly.
Step 19
Attach the Drawer Front Panels (M and V) to the assembled drawers. Connect the Drawer Front Panels (M and V) to the Drawer Side Panels (K and L) using Cam Lock Nuts (2) and Door Handle Screws (10). Attach the Drawer Pulls (15) to the front of the Drawer Front Panels using Drawer Pull Screws (16). Secure the inner Drawer Slides (8) to the sides of the assembled drawers using Flat Head Screws (4).
Step 20
Attach the outer Drawer Slides (7) to the main structure. Secure the outer Drawer Slides (7) to the Left Side Panel (D), Central Divider Panel (Q), and Right Side Panel (E) using Flat Head Screws (4). Ensure they are level and aligned for smooth drawer operation.
Step 21
Insert the assembled drawers into the main structure. Carefully slide the drawers (J and V) onto the installed Drawer Slides (7 and 8). Ensure they glide smoothly and close flush with the cabinet frame.
Step 22
The assembly of the VINGLI Kitchen Island Cart is now complete. The cart features a top panel, two drawers, two cabinet sections with double doors, and caster wheels for mobility.
