Assembly Instructions
Step 01: Attaching Base and Side Panels
Connect parts 1, 2, and 3 using hardware F and G as shown in the diagram. Ensure correct alignment before tightening.
Step 02: Assembling the Main Frame
Attach side panels (5) to the base (1) and back panel (2) using hardware A and B. Refer to the diagram for precise placement of A and B.
Step 03: Installing Drawer Slides
Attach drawer slides (components of part 11) to the side panels (1, 2, 3, 4) using hardware A, B, and M. Ensure the slides are level and parallel.
Step 04: Assembling the Top and Bottom
Secure the top panel (9) and bottom panel (11) to the main structure using hardware K and J. Use part L for any necessary spacing or support.
Step 05: Attaching Back Panel
Slide or attach the back panel (4) into the designated grooves or secure it with appropriate hardware.
Step 06: Assembling the Flip-Down Compartments
Assemble the individual flip-down compartment mechanisms using parts E, C, and D. Attach these to the main cabinet structure as indicated.
Step 07: Installing Compartment Doors
Attach the assembled compartment mechanisms (6, 7, 8, 10) to the cabinet. Use hardware H and N to secure the mechanisms and ensure smooth operation.
Step 08: Final Touches
Ensure all screws are tightened and the cabinet is stable. The assembly is now complete.
Using Cam Lock and Quickfit
Quickfit Tightening: Tighten the quickfit until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Installation: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.
Tightening Cam Lock: Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
