Instructions for Installation and Care

Notice: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. The cab is Flammable. ⚠️

Please read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the top cap. Installation is best performed when the temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) or warmer. Temperature affects the adhesive Velcro; if conditions prevent installation in warmer weather, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature prior to installation.

Installation Steps:

1. Carefully open the carton and remove the rolled-up Top Cap onto a large, flat surface that is clean and free of dirt.
2. Check the parts included in the carton against the parts list:
   • Velcro Hook strips: 5 each (15" long)
   • Top Cap: 1 each
3. If any parts are damaged or missing, please contact customer service at (606) 845-7439.
4. Place the Top Cap over the roll cage of the vehicle. Pull the corners down to determine the correct positions for the 15" adhesive Velcro strips around the roll bars.

Visual Guide for Velcro Attachment: The accompanying images show the correct method for attaching the double-sided Velcro. This involves carefully positioning the Top Cap over the roll cage and then securing the 15-inch adhesive Velcro strips around the roll bars to ensure a snug fit.

Return Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be packaged exactly as it was originally packaged from the factory. Vinyl windows should not be folded; lay them flat with canvas folded in between and paper (if available) on both sides.

All returned products are inspected upon arrival and must be in unused, factory-new condition. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns not due to defects. If the item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, call Falcon Ridge at 606-845-7439 to obtain a return authorization number. Use the preferred shipping carrier (UPS). Returns submitted without an authorization number will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If purchased from a distributor, contact them first for their return policy. Items must be in new, resalable condition. Used, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for refund. All original contents, including manuals, accessories, hardware, and Velcro, must be included.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Outbound and return shipping costs are not refunded. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund processing.

Important Note for Windshields: Windshields must be returned with the original protective film intact. Do NOT remove the film if you intend to return the item. Refunds or replacements for windshields are processed only for items with the original film or if the windshield is defective.

Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a Falcon Ridge Cab Enclosure, Top, or Windshield. Your product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

30-Day Warranty: Covers replacement of the enclosure, top, or windshield due to product defects. Refer to the return policy for more details.

1-Year Warranty: Covers any defect in material or workmanship. Falcon Ridge will correct the problem or replace the item. To submit a claim, provide pictures of the defect and the original receipt.
