Product Description

Getting Started

First-Time Connection (Pairing)

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid to activate them.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.
3. On your device (phone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "QCY Melobuds ANC". Select it to connect.

Switching Connection Between Two Devices

To switch to a different device:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Open the lid and press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds, or until the indicators on the earbuds flash white.
3. Remove the earbuds.
4. On the new device, search for "QCY Melobuds ANC" in Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.

Note: The earbuds cannot connect to two phones simultaneously. They will automatically reconnect to the last connected device if available. If the earbuds are not connected for a long period, pairing mode will end. Re-pair them if necessary.

Factory Reset

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Open the lid and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds. The earbud indicators will flash white five times, indicating a successful reset.
3. After resetting, the earbuds will automatically pair with each other. Remove them from the case to connect to your phone.

Charging the Earbuds

While charging, the earbud indicator lights will be red. Once fully charged, the indicator will stay white for approximately 30 seconds before turning off.

Charging the Case

While charging the case, the case indicator light will be red. Once fully charged, the indicator will stay white.

Wearing the Earbuds Correctly

1. Insert the earbuds correctly into your ears and adjust them for a secure fit.
2. Position the microphone towards your mouth for clear calls.

Incorrect wearing may lead to poor call quality or audio performance.

Indicator and Function Descriptions

Charging Case Indicator

• Battery Level ≥ 20%: White indicator light.
• Battery Level < 20%: Red indicator light.

Earbud and Case Functions

Earbud Controls (Touch Panel):

• Power On: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbud into the charging case.
• Answer/End Call: Double-press the touch panel.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Next Track: Triple-press the touch panel on the right earbud.
• Voice Assistant: Press the touch panel on the left earbud.
• Play/Pause: Double-press the touch panel.
• Gaming Mode: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• ANC Mode Control: Press and hold the touch panel on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds to cycle through ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes.

Charging Case Controls:

• Charging Case Button: Used for pairing and reset functions as described above.

Advice and Troubleshooting

1. Read this user manual carefully before using the earbuds and keep it for future reference.
2. Ensure the earbuds are fully charged before the first use.
3. If the earbuds are not used for more than two weeks, they need to be recharged.
4. Use chargers from qualified manufacturers only.
5. If your phone does not recognize the earbuds, ensure they are in pairing mode. Pairing mode times out after a period of inactivity. If this happens, re-pair the earbuds. If you encounter issues with your phone, try restarting it. If the issue is with the earbuds, reset them.

Safety Precautions

Battery Information

The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery whose physical and chemical structure degrades over time and with use. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time under laboratory conditions with optimal settings and a new, fully charged battery. Actual operating time may vary and is not considered a product defect.

LI-ION Battery:

The device uses a Lithium-Ion battery. To preserve maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.18V or 5% of its total capacity. Lower values (e.g., 2.5V per cell) can cause permanent damage and are not covered by warranty. If the device is not used for over one month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level every two months. Store the device in a dry place, away from sun and extreme temperatures.

LIPO Battery:

The device uses a Lithium-Polymer battery. To preserve maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.5V or 5% of its total capacity. Lower values (e.g., 3.2V per cell) can cause permanent damage and are not covered by warranty.
