The QCY MeloBuds N50 are active noise-cancelling (ANC) Bluetooth earbuds designed for a premium audio experience. This manual provides comprehensive instructions for setup, usage, and maintenance.

Getting Started
Choosing Eartips
Select eartips that provide a comfortable and secure fit. Medium eartips are recommended as a starting point for most users.
How to Wear
- Insert the earbuds into your ears and gently rotate them to find the most stable and comfortable position.
- Ensure the microphone is positioned downwards, towards your mouth, for optimal call quality.
- Incorrect wear can affect both call quality and listening experience.
Connectivity
First-Time Connection
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Ensure any isolation films are removed and place them back in the case, then close the lid to activate.
- Take out both earbuds again.
- On your mobile device, refresh the Bluetooth list and select "QCY MeloBuds N50" to pair.
Multi-Point Connection
The MeloBuds N50 support connection to two devices simultaneously.
- With earbuds powered on and in pairing mode, connect to Device A. Then, turn off Bluetooth on Device A.
- On Device B, search for "QCY MeloBuds N50" and connect.
- On Device A, re-enable Bluetooth and connect to the already paired "QCY MeloBuds N50". The earbuds will now be connected to both devices.

Functions
Earbud Controls
- Power On: Open the charging case lid and take out the earbuds, or long-press the touch panel on each earbud (when outside the case) for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
- Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch panel on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long-press the touch panel on either earbud for approximately 1.5 seconds.
- Play/Pause Music: Double-tap the touch panel on either earbud.
- Next Track: Triple-tap the touch panel on the right earbud.
- Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch panel on the left earbud.
- Low Latency Mode: Long-press the touch panel on the left earbud.
- ANC/Transparency Mode: Long-press the touch panel on the right earbud to cycle through ANC On, ANC Off, and Transparency Mode.
Charging
Earbud Charging
When charging, the earbud LED will glow solid red. Once fully charged, the LED will stay white for 10 seconds before turning off.
Charging Case Charging
The charging case LED blinks white while charging and stays solid white when fully charged.
Charging Case Battery Indicator
- Sufficient Power: When earbuds are placed in the case, the case LED lights up white for 4 seconds then turns off.
- Low Power: When earbuds are placed in the case, the case LED blinks white for 4 seconds then turns off.
Factory Reset
If you encounter connection issues, you can reset the earbuds to factory settings.
- Ensure both earbuds are outside the charging case and not connected to any device.
- Tap the touch panel on both earbuds simultaneously 5 times. The earbuds' white LEDs will flash 5 times, indicating the reset is complete.
After resetting, use the "First-Time Connection" method to pair them again.

Warranty Policy
QCY products come with a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase. For defects arising from quality issues within the warranty period, contact an authorized dealer for repair or replacement.
Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or failure to follow user manual instructions, including exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or external damage.

Safety Precautions

- Do not use the product in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).

- Avoid using the product during thunderstorms to prevent malfunction or electric shock risk.
- Do not clean the product with oil or volatile liquids.
- Prolonged use at high volumes may cause hearing damage. Use responsibly.
