Product Description

Connecting to Your Device
First-time Connection:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to activate.
- Open the lid, take out the earbuds, find "QCY Melobuds ANC" in your device's Bluetooth settings, and select it to connect.
Switching Between Devices:
Place the earbuds in the case, open the lid, and press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds, or until the indicators on the earbuds flash white. Then take out the earbuds. On your new device, find "QCY Melobuds ANC" and press to initiate the call.
The earbuds cannot connect to two phones simultaneously. They will automatically reconnect to the last connected phone in the call history.
Charging
Earbud Charging:
The indicator lights up red while the earbud is charging. When fully charged, the indicator will light up solid white for about 30 seconds.
Charging Case:
The indicator lights up red while the case is charging. When fully charged, the indicator will light up solid white.
Factory Reset
- Place the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds to reset the earbuds to factory settings. The indicators on the earbuds will flash white 5 times.
- After the factory reset, the earbuds will automatically pair with each other and initiate a call to the phone when you pick up each earbud.
Wearing the Earbuds Correctly
- Position the earbud correctly and fit it to your ear shape.
- Position the microphone towards your mouth.
- Wearing the earbuds incorrectly may result in poor call or music quality.
Charging Status Indicators
- Battery level ≥ 20% (white indicator)
- Battery level < 20% (red indicator)
Function Controls (Touch Panel)
Power On: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
Power Off: Place the earbuds in the charging case.
Answer/End Calls: Double-press the touch panel.
Reject Call: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
Next Song: Triple-press the touch panel on the right earbud.
Voice Assistant: Press the touch panel on the left earbud.
Play/Pause: Double-press the touch panel.
Game Mode: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
ANC Mode: Press and hold the touch panel on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds to switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes.

Instructions
- Before using the earbuds, read the user manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- The earbuds must be fully charged before first use.
- If the earbuds are not used for more than two weeks, they need to be recharged.
- Use chargers manufactured by certified manufacturers.
- If the phone does not recognize the earbuds, check if they are in pairing mode. If the earbuds are not connected for a long time, the pairing mode will exit. In this case, re-pair the earbuds with the device. If a procedural error occurs on the phone, restart it. If an error occurs with the earbuds, reset them.
Precautions
- Never disassemble or modify the earbuds for any reason to avoid injuries and hazards.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Avoid pointing the LED indicators towards the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use the earbuds during thunderstorms to avoid damage to the device and increased risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning agents to clean the earbuds.
Caution: Do not use the earbuds for extended periods, as it may damage your hearing.
Safety Precautions
- Ensure the device contacts are clean before charging.
- Never leave the device unattended while in use or charging.
- Ensure you can quickly disconnect the device from the power source in case of an emergency.
- Never expose the device to high temperatures.
- Charge the device in a dry and well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials, keeping a distance of at least 1 meter from other objects.
- Never cover the device while charging.
- Never use power adapters, charging docks, cables, etc., without the manufacturer's recommendation and approval.
- Take care of your property; the device is equipped with hard-to-extinguish cells, equip yourself with a fire extinguisher.

Battery Information:
The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery that ages over time due to its physical and chemical structure. The manufacturer provides the maximum operating time under laboratory conditions where operating conditions are optimal for the device, and the battery is new and fully charged. Actual operating time may differ from the advertised time and is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
LI-ION Battery:
The device is equipped with a LI-ION lithium-ion battery. To maintain its maximum lifespan, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.18V or 15% of its total capacity. Values below 2.5V per cell can cause permanent damage and void the warranty. If the battery or device is not used for more than a month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level every two months. Store the battery and device in a dry place, protected from sun and negative temperatures.
LIPO Battery:
The device is equipped with a LIPO (lithium-polymer) battery. To maintain its maximum lifespan, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.5V or 5% of its total capacity. Values below 3.2V per cell can cause permanent damage and void the warranty. If the battery or device is not used for more than a month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level every two months. Store the battery and device in a dry place, protected from sun and negative temperatures.
