General Assembly Advice

We recommend using hand tools for assembly. If an electric screwdriver is used, reduce power and torque to avoid damage to the product. ⚙️

Important Safety Note: Install the tip-over restraint provided. Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce but not eliminate, the risk of tip-over. ⚠️

Make sure all parts are included. Most board parts are labeled or stamped on the raw edge. Contact Tribesigns for a free replacement if you encounter any damaged or missing parts. ✔️

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Cam and Pin Installation & Initial Frame Assembly

Cam and Pin Installation: Screw the pin into the hole. To set the cams correctly, ensure that the arrow on the cam is opening to the hole of the pin it is locking. Lock the cam by turning the cam head with a screwdriver until it is tightened. Please do not use an electric screwdriver to assemble the unit. ✔️

Assembly: Attach part 1 (Left Side Panel) to part 3 (Bottom Panel) using 9 pieces of hardware A (M6x40MM screws). Attach part 2 (Right Side Panel) to part 3 (Bottom Panel) using 9 pieces of hardware A. Ensure correct alignment and no gaps.

Step 2: Attaching Back Support Panel

Attach part 4 (Back Support Panel) to the assembly from Step 1 using hardware A.

Step 3: Attaching Middle Divider and Top Panel

Attach part 5 (Middle Divider Panel) to the assembly using hardware A. Attach part 8 (Top Panel) to the assembly using hardware A. Ensure correct alignment and no gaps.

Step 4: Completing the Main Frame

Complete the main frame by attaching panels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 using hardware A.

Step 5: Attaching Upper Side Panels

Attach panels 6 (Upper Left Side Panel) and 7 (Upper Right Side Panel) to the frame using hardware A.

Step 6: Attaching Top Panel and Upper Side Panel

Attach panel 8 (Top Panel) and panel 6 to the structure using hardware A.

Step 7: Securing Panels with Hardware B

Secure the structure by attaching panels 9, 8, 6, 5, 1, 2, 3, 4 using hardware B (M4.2x20MM screws).

Step 8: Inserting and Securing Shelves

Insert shelves (part 10) into the assembled unit and secure them using hardware B.

Step 9: Attaching Lower Back Panel and Side Panels

Attach panel 11 (Back Support Panel, Lower) to the lower back section using hardware B. Attach panel 2 to the side using hardware B. Attach panel 4 to the side using hardware B. Use round caps (C) for some connections.

Step 10: Inserting and Securing Upper Shelves

Insert the upper shelves (part 12) into the upper section of the unit. Secure the shelves using hardware D (M5x15MM screws), cam locks (E), and rings (F). Use hardware G for additional securing.
