Assembly Steps

Step 1: Install Cam Pins

Screw cam pins (A) into the designated holes on panels 3, 5, and 7. Ensure they are securely fastened.

Step 2: Attach Side Panels to Base

Connect side panels (2, 3) to the base panel (1) using cam locks (P) and screws (B). Insert cam pins (A) into the corresponding holes on the base panel and secure with cam locks (P). Attach panel 5 to panel 3 using screws (A).

Step 3: Assemble the First Section

Attach panel 4 to panels 3 and 5 using screws (A). Attach panel 14 to the back of this assembly using screws (L).

Step 4: Assemble the Second Section

Attach panels 6 and 8 to panel 7 using screws (A). Attach panel 14 to the back of this assembly using screws (L).

Step 5: Connect the Two Sections

Join the two assembled sections. Use screws (A) to connect panel 5 to panel 7, and panel 6 to panel 4. Use screws (L) to attach panel 14 to the back.

Step 6: Install Support Bars

Attach support bars (17, 18) to the leg frames (15, 16) using screws (K).

Step 7: Attach Leg Frames

Connect the leg frames (15, 16) to the main desk structure using screws (P) and cam locks (B).

Step 8: Install Top Panels

Attach top panels (10, 21, 22) to the desk structure using screws (A) and cam locks (P).

Step 9: Assemble Drawer

Assemble the drawer using panels 9, 19, 20, and 23. Use screws (J) and cam locks (P) to secure the drawer components. Attach casters (24) to the bottom of the drawer using screws (E).

Step 10: Install Drawer

Slide the assembled drawer into the designated space.

Step 11: Attach Doors

Attach hinges (G) to the doors and the side panels. Use screws (F) and (E) to secure the hinges. Adjust doors for proper alignment.

Step 12: Final Touches

Attach handles (H) to the drawer and doors using screws (C).

Step 13: Adjust Doors (Optional)

Instructions are provided for adjusting door alignment to ensure even gaps. This involves loosening and tightening specific screws on the hinges.
