What's included in your Insteon Starter Kit

  • Insteon Hub
  • Dimmer Modules
  • Ethernet Cable (Câble Ethernet)
  • Power Cable (Câble d'alimentation)

Setup Instructions

  1. Connect the ethernet cable to your router and plug in the power cable. Avoid switched outlets and power strips.

    Branchez le câble Ethernet dans votre routeur et le câble d'alimentation, dans une prise de courant. Évitez d'utiliser les prises de courant et multiprises à commutation individuelle.

  2. Connect the cables to Insteon Hub.

    Branchez les câbles dans le concentrateur Insteon.

  3. Download the Insteon for Hub app from your device's app store and create a new account.

    Téléchargez l'application du Insteon for Hub à partir du magasin d'applis de votre dispositif et créez un nouveau compte. ?

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to scan the Setup Code and configure Insteon Hub.

    Suivez les instructions à l'écran afin de balayer le code de configuration et configurez le concentrateur Insteon. ?

  5. Turn on your lamp and connect its power cord to Dimmer Module.

    Allumez votre lampe et branchez son cordon d'alimentation dans le module gradateur. ?

    Note: Only connect lamps with dimmable bulbs to Dimmer Module.

    Note: Ne branchez que des lampes dotées d'ampoules réglables dans le module gradateur.

    Compatible Bulb Types:

    • Incandescent & Halogen (Lampe à incandescence et halogène)
    • Dimmable CFL (LFC réglable)
    • Dimmable LED (DEL réglable)

  6. Plug Dimmer Module into a power outlet.

    Branchez le module gradateur dans une prise de courant. ?

  7. Return to the Insteon app, tap Plug-in Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Revenez à l'appli d'Insteon, puis tapez sur le module d'extension enfichable et suivez les instructions à l'écran. ?

  8. Repeat steps five through seven for the second Dimmer module.

    Répétez les étapes de cinq à sept pour configurer le deuxième module gradateur. ?
