Häfele Infinity/Horizon Drilling Template
This document provides a precise drilling template for the installation of Häfele Infinity/Horizon mortise locks and strike plates.
Door Face Preparation
The template outlines the necessary measurements for the door face, including:
- A keyhole slot measuring 35mm x 70mm.
- A handle center line.
- A 60mm backset measurement.
- A Ø25mm diameter for the handle spindle.
- A Ø15mm diameter hole.
Mortise Lock Installation
Detailed dimensions are provided for mortise lock installation:
- Mortise center line indicated.
- A 110mm depth mortise for the lock body.
- Specific measurements for drilling, including 23mm and 25mm at various points.
- Offset measurements are noted.
Strike Plate Installation
Instructions and measurements for strike plate fitting:
- The strike plate alignment is specified to be aligned with the mortise center line.
- A 2mm depth for the strike plate mortise.
- A 25mm depth for the strike plate screw holes.
- Measurements for positioning the strike plate, including a 44.6mm offset and a total height of 260mm.
- Specific measurements for drilling, including 26mm and 29mm at various points.
