Bluetooth Pairing

Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off the protective stickers. Place the stickers back into the case and close the lid.

On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "JLab Go Air Sport" to connect. You will hear a double beep sound followed by a white flashing light, indicating a successful connection.

Adding New/Additional Bluetooth Devices:

Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab Go Air Sport" in the device settings to connect.

Button Functions

Right Earbud

Volume Up: Single tap
Play/Pause: Double tap
Next Track: Press and hold for 1 second

Left Earbud

Volume Down: Single tap
Play/Pause: Double tap
Previous Track: Press and hold for 1 second
Use Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Double tap
Answer Call: Single tap
End Call: Double tap
Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1 second

Audio Notifications

Power On: Chime sound
Bluetooth Connected: Two beeps
Low Battery: Voice prompt "Battery low" (less than 20%)
Power Off: Chime sound

3 Custom EQ Sound Modes

Tap either the right or left earbud 3 times to cycle through the different EQ settings. Go Air Sport will cycle through the 3 EQ settings in order.

Balanced (Two beeps): Standard sound profile.
JLab Signature Sound (One beep): Clear sound without additional audio enhancements.
Bass Boost (Three beeps): Amplified, deep bass with enhanced spatial sound.

Charging the Earbuds

The earbuds will automatically turn off when placed in the charging case and begin charging.
When removed from the case, the earbuds will automatically power on and connect to your device.

Charging Indicators:

Solid Red: Case battery is 25%-100%.
Flashing Red 4 times: Case battery is less than 25% (charging case needs charging).

Charging the Case

Connect the Go Air Sport charging case to a computer or a 5-volt 1-amp USB port (or lower).

Charging Indicators:

Flashing Blue: Case is charging.
Solid Blue: Case is fully charged.

Fitting the Earbuds

Place the ear hook behind your ear. Rotate and adjust for a secure fit and proper seal.

Try all included ear tips to find the best fit and seal for optimal comfort and sound.

Troubleshooting and Solutions

Connection Issue or Earbuds Not Connecting to Each Other (Manual Reset)

Keep the earbuds in the charging case. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Remove" "JLab Go Air Sport".
Quickly tap one earbud 7 times while it is in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
Quickly tap the other earbud 7 times while it is in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They should now be reset and ready to pair.

Important Notes

Avoid exposing the earbuds to any moisture or liquids inside the earbud or charging port.
Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, or stretching/bending the wire sharply or at sharp angles.
Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, which can reduce sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other fine tools to improve sound quality.
If you experience any discomfort, try lowering the volume or discontinuing use of the earbuds for a short period.
If discomfort persists when using this product, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
We recommend treating your earbuds like your glasses; keep them in a safe place when not in use.
