Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your MOSSJÖN wall cabinet.

Step 1

Attach two hinges (10049776, 10049777) to the base frame components using screws (10049775).

Step 2

Insert vertical support posts into the base frame. Ensure correct orientation; one method is shown as correct, the other as incorrect.

Step 3

Attach the top frame components to the vertical posts using cam lock screws (10103727) and cam locks (10103731), tightened with Allen key (100092).

Step 4

Insert and secure the remaining vertical support posts into the base frame.

Step 5

Secure the frame further using screws (10075024), tightened with Allen key (10089605).

Step 6

Attach the side frame pieces to the main structure.

Step 7

Attach back support pieces using screws (10082207) and cam lock screws (10103727) and cam locks (10103731).

Step 8

Secure the structure with screws (10075024).

Step 9

Attach the door frame elements to the main cabinet structure using screws (144451) and shelf supports (10104220).

Step 10

Prepare a shelf by inserting pins/dowels (107832).

Step 11

Insert the prepared shelf into the cabinet.

Step 12

Slide the slatted door panels into the cabinet frame.

Step 13

Secure the door panels using screws (144451).

Step 14

Attach a shelf support bracket (10103731) to a shelf using screws (10004350, 10108237).

Step 15

Attach the shelf support bracket to the cabinet frame.

Step 16

Attach the remaining shelf support brackets (10103731) to shelves and cabinet.

Step 17

Attach the door hinges (10049776, 10049777) to the door and cabinet frame using screws (10103598).

Step 18

Attach the door handle (144451) to the door.

Step 19

Slide the door into place and secure it.

Step 20

Attach the back panel using screws (144451).

Step 21

Secure the top of the cabinet with screws (144451).

Step 22

Attach the door hinges to the cabinet frame.

Step 23

Adjust the door hinges.

Step 24

Attach corner brackets (10049775) for stability.

Step 25

Attach the final corner brackets (10049771).

Step 26

Secure the cabinet to the wall. Use the provided wall attachment hardware (cam lock screws 10103727 and cam locks 10103731). Note: Screws and plugs for the wall itself are not included and must be selected based on your wall type.

Step 27

Insert shelves (10103847) into the cabinet.
