Assembly Steps

Step 1:

Assemble the base frame. Attach the side pieces of the base frame using two (2x) 103434 bolts and four (4x) 107468 bolts.

Step 2:

Attach the first set of vertical side panels to the assembled base frame.

Step 3:

Insert two (2x) 115959 dowels and two (2x) 108272 cam locks into the base frame. Secure the vertical side panels using the 100593 wrench.

Step 4:

Attach the second set of vertical side panels to the base frame.

Step 5:

Insert one (1x) 115959 dowel and secure with a cam lock mechanism.

Step 6:

Assemble the lower horizontal support structure for the cabinet.

Step 7:

Attach the upper part of the frame structure to the base. Insert two (2x) 115959 dowels and two (2x) 108272 cam locks, then secure with the wrench.

Step 8:

Connect the upper frame structure to the base.

Step 9:

Attach four (4x) 122167 hinge mounting plates to the side panels using sixteen (16x) 112545 screws.

Step 10:

Attach a side panel to the base structure.

Step 11:

Secure the side panel using two (2x) 107468 bolts and cam locks. Ensure correct orientation; do not assemble as shown with a cross [❌].

Step 12:

Attach the opposite side panel to the base structure.

Step 13:

Secure this side panel with one (1x) 107468 bolt and a cam lock.

Step 14:

Slide the back panel into place. The back panel has a circular opening for the glass door and includes a label indicating "Made In Slovenia, Inter IKEA Systems B.V. 1999, IKEA STOCKHOLM, 11564, 0541".

Step 15:

Place the top panel onto the assembled cabinet structure.

Step 16:

Secure the top panel using three (3x) 112545 screws.

Step 17:

Attach the side panels to the main cabinet body.

Step 18:

Attach the top panel to the cabinet body.

Step 19:

Secure the side panels to the main cabinet body using four (4x) 107468 bolts.

Step 20:

Assemble the drawer or internal box structure.

Step 21:

Connect the assembled cabinet body to the leg structure.

Step 22:

Attach the leg structure to the cabinet body.

Step 23:

Secure the leg structure to the cabinet body using six (6x) 107468 bolts.

Step 24:

With assistance, carefully lift and place the main cabinet body onto the assembled leg structure.

Step 25:

Attach the hinges to the glass door. Two (2x) hinges are attached to the door using two (2x) screws each. One (1x) hinge is attached to the door using one (1x) screw.

Step 26:

With assistance, carefully lift and place the main cabinet body onto the assembled leg structure.

Step 27:

Wall Anchoring: Attach the safety strap (1x 105867) to the top rear of the cabinet and to the wall using appropriate hardware (not fully detailed in diagrams, but typically screws/anchors). Ensure the strap is taut, approximately 5 cm (2") from the wall surface at the attachment point.

Step 28:

Attach the four (4x) 122166 hinges to the glass door. Each hinge is secured with two screws (part 109503).

Step 29:

Attach the glass door, with its hinges, to the cabinet body. The hinges should click into place. Adjust the door alignment using the adjustment screws (labeled A and B) on the hinges.

Step 30:

Insert the three (3x) shelves into the cabinet. Use twelve (12x) 115959 shelf supports (pegs) to hold the shelves in place.
