Ensure you have the necessary tools:

• Screwdriver ?
• Spirit Level ?

Check all parts against the parts list. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact IKEA.

Assembly Tips:

• Do not force parts together.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame Corners

Attach the four base frame corner brackets (195313, 195312) to the base of the cabinet structure using four screws (195313, 195312).

Step 2: Connect Base Frame Sides

Connect the base frame corner brackets using the short connecting bars (10003221, 10003222) and long connecting bars (10003241, 10003245).

Step 3: Continue Base Frame Assembly

Continue assembling the base frame by connecting the remaining bars.

Step 4: Attach Vertical Supports to Base

Attach the four vertical frame pieces (105103) to the base frame using eight cam lock screws (115461, 190473) and eight cam locks (100404, 105057). Tighten the cam locks.

Step 5: Secure Vertical Supports

Secure the vertical frame pieces (105103) to the base using four additional screws (105103).

Step 6: Attach Top Frame Pieces

Attach the two top frame pieces using two cam lock screws (115461, 190473) and two cam locks (100404, 105057) in total.

Step 7: Attach Top Crossbars

Attach the two top crossbars using four screws (105103).

Step 8: Insert Shelf Supports

Insert two shelf support pins (151059) into the desired holes on the inside of the vertical frame pieces for each shelf.

Step 9: Place Shelves

Carefully place the shelves onto the inserted shelf support pins.

Step 10: Secure Top Panel

Attach the top panel using one cam lock screw (100404, 105057) and one cam lock (100408, 108031) on each side (total 2x of each).

Step 11: Attach Top Frame Screws

Secure the top frame with four screws (115461, 190473).

Step 12: Attach Door Hinges to Frame

Attach the door hinges to the vertical frame using one screw (100404, 105057) and one screw (100408, 108031) per hinge (total 2x of each screw type).

Step 13: Prepare to Install Doors

Step 14: Attach Doors to Hinges

Attach the doors to the hinges using three screws (10003221, 10003222) and three screws (100404, 105057) per door (total 6x of each screw type).

Step 15: Final Door Attachment

Step 16: Install Door Handles

Attach the door handles using four screws (10003241, 10003245) and four screws (100404, 105057).

Step 17: Adjust Doors

Step 18: Install Shelf Supports

Install shelf supports using four screws (10003241, 10003245) and four screws (100404, 105057).

Step 19: Install Shelves

Place the shelves onto the installed shelf supports.

Step 20: Secure Top Edge

Secure the top edge of the cabinet using four screws (100404, 105057).

Step 21: Final Check

Perform a final check to ensure all parts are securely fastened.

Step 22: Install Door Locks

Attach the door hinges to the frame using two sets of hinge parts (195362, 195363).

Step 26: Install Door Handles (Second Set)

Attach the door handles using two U-shaped brackets (10002580, 10002566) and two screws (100404, 105057) per handle.

Step 27: Lock Doors

Use the provided key (10002394) to lock the doors.

Step 28: Adjust Feet

Step 29: Secure Cabinet to Wall (Anti-Tip Device)

[Warning icon ⚠️] For safety, secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tip device (106989). Attach the bracket to the top of the cabinet using two screws (100404, 105057) and to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (not included).

Step 30: Insert Shelves

Insert the remaining shelves into the cabinet.

Step 31: Final Checks and Usage
