Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Assemble the base frame using two 107832 screws and two 102319 screws.

Step 2

Attach the vertical supports to the base frame using two 107832 screws and two 102319 screws.

Step 3

Attach the top frame to the vertical supports using four 10075024 screws.

Step 4

Insert the bottom shelf into the frame.

Step 5

Attach the side panels to the frame using two 100092 screws and two 10082207 screws.

Step 6

Attach the back support using two 10075024 screws.

Step 7

Insert shelf supports into the frame using four 10099819 screws.

Step 8

Insert the middle shelf using two 10103731 parts.

Step 9

Attach the top back panel using four 144451 screws.

Step 10

Attach the top shelf using four 144451 screws.

Step 11

Insert the top shelf.

Step 12

Slide the door panels into the frame.

Step 13

Attach the door hinges. Use four 144451 screws for the left door and three 144451 screws for the right door.

Step 14

Attach the door handles using four 10004350 screws.

Step 15

Attach the door tracks using two 10103731 parts and two 10103596 parts.

Step 16

Attach the door guides using two 107832 parts and two 102319 parts.

Step 17

Insert the doors into the tracks.

Step 18

Attach the doors to the frame using two 10089605 screws and two 10103598 screws.

Step 19

Insert the top panel.

Step 20

Secure the top panel using two 144451 screws on each side.

Step 21

Insert the doors.

Step 22

Attach the doors to the frame using eight 144451 screws.

Step 23

Mark the wall for the anti-tip device installation. ?

Step 24

Drill holes in the wall for the anti-tip device. ?️

Step 25

Secure one end of the anti-tip strap (107967) to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (not supplied). Then, attach the other end of the strap to the unit using one 100823 screw.

Step 26

Ensure the anti-tip strap is securely fastened to the unit with the 100823 screw. ✔️

Step 27

Attach door handles using one 144451 screw.

Step 28

Attach door handles using eight 10103727 screws.

Step 29

Insert the shelves.

Step 30

Adjust the leveling feet to ensure the unit is stable. ⚙️
