Assembly Steps

Step 1

Assemble the base frame.

Use bolts 10089605 (2x), 100092 (2x), and 100823 (6x).

Step 2

Insert vertical support posts into the base frame.

The diagram shows four vertical posts being inserted into the corners of the assembled base frame. A magnified view shows the connection points.

Step 3

Secure vertical posts with screws.

Use screws 10103731 (4x) to secure the vertical posts. A magnified view shows the screw being inserted into the post and frame.

Step 4

Attach horizontal shelf supports to the vertical posts.

Step 5

Attach side frame pieces.

Use bolts 10082207 (2x), 779901 (2x), and washers 102319 (2x). A magnified view shows the connection.

Step 6

Attach more horizontal supports.

Use washer 102319 (1x). A magnified view shows the connection.

Step 7

Attach more horizontal supports.

Use screws 10099819 (8x). A magnified view shows the connection.

Step 8

Slide the back panels into the frame.

Step 9

Secure the back panels.

Use screws 144451 (4x). A magnified view shows screws being inserted into the back panel edges.

Step 10

Attach the top frame.

Use screws 144451 (4x). A magnified view shows screws being inserted into the top frame.

Insert the shelves.

Slide the doors into the cabinet frame.

Step 13

Attach door hinges to the doors.

Use screws 144451 (4x per door, total 8x). A magnified view shows hinges being attached to the door edge.

Step 14

Attach metal brackets and secure.

Attach metal brackets 10103731 (2x) and secure with screws 10103596 (4x) and washers 10103596 (4x). A magnified view shows the bracket and screw attachment.

Step 15

Attach door hinges to the cabinet frame.

The diagram shows hinges being attached to the cabinet frame, ready for the doors.

Step 16

Attach door hinges to the cabinet frame.

Use parts 107832 (2x) and 102319 (2x). A magnified view shows the hinge attachment to the cabinet frame.

Step 17

Attach the doors to the cabinet frame.

The doors are shown being connected to the hinges already mounted on the frame.

Step 18

Attach door handles.

Use bolts 10089605 (2x) and screws 10103598 (2x). A magnified view shows the handle attachment.

Step 19

Attach the top decorative panel.

Step 20

Secure the top panel.

Use screws 144451 (4x). A magnified view shows screws being inserted from the inside of the cabinet into the top panel.

Step 21

Insert shelf support pins.

Shelf support pins are shown being inserted into pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet.

Step 22

Insert shelves.

Eight shelves are shown being placed onto the support pins.

Step 23

Mark the wall for the anti-tip device.

Step 24

Drill a hole in the wall.

Step 25

Attach the anti-tip strap to the wall and cabinet.

Attach the strap 107967 (1x) to the wall using screws 100823 (2x) and a wall plug. Attach the other end to the cabinet using screws 100823 (2x). The diagram shows measurements of 7.6cm (3") and 2.5cm (1") for placement. A magnified view shows the strap attachment to the wall and cabinet.

Step 26

Secure the anti-tip strap.

The diagram shows the strap being tightened or secured.

Step 27

Attach door hinges to the cabinet.

Use screws 144451 (4x). A magnified view shows hinge attachment to the cabinet frame.

Step 28

Attach door handles.

Use screws 10103727 (8x). A magnified view shows the handle attachment.

Step 29

Insert the shelf.

Adjust the leveling feet.

Use the adjustable feet 10089605 (4x) to level the cabinet on the floor. A magnified view shows the feet being rotated.
