General Mounting Layout and Dimensions
The following diagrams illustrate potential mounting configurations and dimensions for PrismaSeT enclosures. Mounting points are indicated by green dots.
- Grid Dimensions: Various configurations are shown with dimensions such as 650 mm, 600 mm, 150 mm, 300 mm, and 400 mm, indicating spacing for mounting hardware.
Installation Steps
Configuration A
Step 1: Attach mounting bracket (component '1') to the enclosure frame. Step 2: Secure the bracket using screws (component '2'). The diagram indicates x16 screws are used, requiring a torque of 13 N.m.
Configuration A'
Step 1: Attach mounting bracket (component '1') to the enclosure frame. Step 2: Secure the bracket using screws (component '2'). The diagram indicates x2 screws are used, requiring a torque of 13 N.m.
Enclosure Models and Seismic Reinforcement
Enclosure Dimensions
- LVS03587: Height 850 mm, Depth 250 mm, Width 650 mm.
- LVS08774: Width 400 mm.
- LVS08773: Width 300 mm.
Component Installation
Step 1: Mount the LVS03587 component onto a mounting rail (component '2'). Step 2: Secure the component using x4 screws.
Seismic Reinforcement
The LVS03587 component is used for structural reinforcement, particularly for seismic applications. Diagrams show the component being used in pairs (x2 each) to enhance the stability of the enclosure structure, with dimensions like 650 mm and 650+150 mm indicated for placement.
