Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach base supports D, E, and F to the lower left side panel CL using screws (3) and (7) with the allen key (1). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram.
Step 2
Attach shelves B to the lower side panels CL and CR using screws (3) and washers (4) with the allen key (1).
Step 3
Attach the upper side panels IL and IR to the assembled base structure. Secure the back panels CR using screws (3), (6), and (7) with the allen key (1). Also attach the lower side panel CL and the base supports F.
Step 4
Place the top panel A onto the assembled frame. Secure it using screws (3) and the allen key (1).
Step 5
Further secure the top panel A to the frame using screws (3) and washers (4) with the allen key (1).
Step 6
Attach the narrow back panels G to the side panels CR and CL using screws (8) and the screwdriver (11).
Step 7
Connect the light fixture (component 10). First, turn off power and use insulating gloves. Connect the lamp wires to home wires using wire connectors (15). Insert wires into the slot of component (15).
Step 8
Attach lower front supports K and M to the base panel IL using screws (3) and the allen key (1). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 9
Attach upper front support J and upper back support N to the frame. Use screws (3), (4), and (7) with the allen key (1) and screwdriver (11).
Step 10
Attach lower front supports K and M to the upper side panels IR and IL respectively, using screws (3), (6), and (7) with the allen key (1).
Step 11
Attach upper front support J and upper back support N to the upper side panels IR and IL respectively, using screws (3), (4), (6), and (7) with the allen key (1) and screwdriver (11).
Step 12
Attach drawer slide components X to the side panels JL, JR, K, IL, and IR using screws (3) and (4) with the allen key (1).
Step 13
Attach base supports (12) to the bottom of the unit using screws (12) on panels K, IL, and IR.
Step 14
Attach the top back panel H to the frame using screws (3) and (4) with the allen key (1). Ensure correct alignment with panels IL, IR, J, and N.
Step 15
Insert the left door OL onto the door rail L, ensuring it is placed on the inside rail.
Step 16
Insert the right door OR onto the door rail L, ensuring it is placed on the outside rail. The instruction "TURN ON THE BUTTON" is noted, likely referring to a latch or locking mechanism.
Step 17
Attach drawer slide components Y to the frame panels JR, JL, X, and N using screws (16) and screwdriver (11).
Step 18
Assemble the drawer base. Attach drawer side panels S to the drawer base panel Q using cam lock pins (2) and screwdriver (11).
Step 19
Insert the drawer front panel U into the assembled drawer base, aligning it with the side panels TR and TL.
Step 20
Attach the drawer slides (TR, TL) to the assembled drawer using cam lock pins (2) and screws (7) with screwdriver (11).
Step 21
Attach the drawer handles (9) to the drawer front panel U using screws (5).
Step 22
Insert the assembled drawer into the bookcase.
Step 23
Attach the back panel H to the frame panel JR using screws (8) and screwdriver (11). Ensure correct alignment.
Step 24
Attach the base support O to the bottom of the unit using dowels (13) and screws (14) with screwdriver (11).
