Important Safety Instructions
Hearing Safety
To prevent hearing damage, limit the time you use the headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the less time you can listen safely.
Follow these recommendations when using headphones:
- Listen at moderate volumes for moderate periods.
- Do not increase the volume further as your hearing adapts.
- Do not turn up the volume so high that you cannot hear surrounding sounds.
- Use caution or temporarily turn off the headphones in potentially hazardous situations.
- Excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss.
- Do not wear headphones while driving, as it is dangerous and may be illegal in some regions.
For safety reasons, do not let music or phone conversations distract you while driving or in other potentially hazardous situations.
General Information
To prevent damage or malfunction, follow these guidelines:
- ⚠️ Do not expose headphones to excessive heat.
- ⚠️ Protect headphones from drops.
- ⚠️ Protect headphones from contact with liquids (refer to the product's IP rating).
- ❌ Do not immerse headphones in water.
- ❌ Do not charge headphones if the connector or socket is wet.
- ❌ Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasives.
- Regularly clean headphones, especially speaker grilles and microphone openings, with a soft, damp cloth, preventing the buildup of sweat and earwax.
- If sweat or water droplets remain in the speaker grilles, air vents, or microphone openings, the sound volume may temporarily decrease or disappear completely. This is not a defect. Clean the headphones thoroughly with a soft, damp cloth. Alternatively, remove the ear pads, point the speaker grilles downwards, and gently tap the headphones about five times on a dry cloth or similar surface to remove any accumulated water.
- Ensure headphones are completely dry before charging or use. Do not use alcohol wipes or other cleaning agents.
- ⚠️ Protect the built-in battery from excessive heat, such as direct sunlight or fire. Improper battery replacement can cause an explosion. Replace batteries only with the same or equivalent type.
- To maintain the IP rating, the charging port cover must be closed.
- ❌ Do not dispose of the battery in fire, a hot oven, or crush or cut it mechanically, as this can cause an explosion.
- ❌ Do not leave the battery in places with extremely high temperatures, as this can cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- ⚠️ Protect the battery from extremely low atmospheric pressure, as this can cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- Replacing the battery with an incorrect type may cause serious damage to the headphones and battery (e.g., when using certain types of lithium batteries).
- If the headphones are not used for a long time, the battery will lose its charge. To prevent this, fully charge the battery at least once every three months.
- To avoid the risk of fire, connect the device only to an external power source with output parameters conforming to PS1 class requirements (output power of 15W or less).
