Important Safety Instructions

Hearing Safety

Danger: To avoid hearing damage, limit the time you use headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the less time you can listen safely.

Follow the guidelines below when using headphones:

  • Listen at a sensible volume for a reasonable period of time.
  • Do not turn up the volume continuously as your hearing adapts.
  • Do not set the volume so high that you cannot hear what is around you.
  • In potentially dangerous situations, be cautious or temporarily stop using the headphones.
  • Excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss.
  • It is not recommended to use headphones that cover both ears while driving, and this may be illegal in some regions.
  • When participating in traffic or in other potentially dangerous environments, avoid listening to music or making phone calls for safety reasons.

General Information

Caution: To avoid damage or malfunction:

  • Do not expose the headphones to excessive heat.
  • Do not drop the headphones.
  • The headphones must not be exposed to dripping or splashing water. (Refer to the product's IP rating.)
  • Do not immerse the headphones in water.
  • Do not charge the headphones when the connector or socket is wet.
  • Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasives.
  • Use a clean, damp cloth to regularly clean the headphones, especially the sound outlets and microphone openings, to prevent the buildup of substances like sweat and earwax.
  • If sweat or water droplets get into the sound outlets, air vents, or microphone openings, the sound level may temporarily decrease or disappear completely. This is not a malfunction. Use a soft, damp cloth to dry the headphones thoroughly. You can also remove the earpads, turn the sound outlets downwards, and tap the headphones gently about five times with a dry cloth or similar to remove any trapped water.
  • Ensure the headphones are completely dry before charging and use. Do not use disposable alcohol wipes or other substances for cleaning.
  • The built-in battery must not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.
  • If the battery is replaced incorrectly, there is a risk of explosion. Replace only with the same or an equivalent type of battery.
  • To achieve the specified IP rating, the charging port cover must be closed.
  • Disposing of the battery in a fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting the battery, may result in an explosion.
  • Leaving the battery in an environment with extremely high temperature may cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • Exposing the battery to extremely low air pressure may cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • Replacing the battery with an incorrect type of battery poses a risk of serious damage to the headphones and battery (e.g., in the case of some lithium battery types).
  • If the headphones are not used for a long time, the rechargeable battery will start to lose its charge. To prevent this, fully charge the battery at least once every three months.
  • To prevent the risk of fire, the unit is equipped with an external power source only, whose output complies with PS1 (with an output power of 15 W or less).

Operating and Storage Temperature and Humidity

  • Store in a place where the temperature is between -20°C to +50°C with relative humidity up to 90%.
  • Use in a place where the temperature is between 0°C to +45°C with relative humidity up to 90%.
  • Battery life may be shorter in high or low temperature conditions.
