1. Important Safety Instructions

Hearing Safety

To prevent hearing damage, limit the time you use the headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the less time you can listen. Listen at a reasonable volume for reasonable periods. Do not increase the volume as your hearing adapts. Be aware of your surroundings, especially in potentially hazardous situations. Excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss. Using headphones that cover both ears is not recommended while driving and may be illegal in some areas. For your safety, avoid distractions from music or phone calls while driving or in other potentially hazardous environments.

? Risk of Hearing Damage: To prevent hearing damage, limit the time you use the headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the less time you can listen.

⚠️ Caution:

  • Do not expose the headphones to excessive heat.
  • Do not drop your headphones.
  • Do not expose the headphones to drips or splashes. (Refer to the IP rating of your specific product)
  • Do not immerse your headphones in water.
  • Do not charge your headphones when the jack or power socket is wet.
  • Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasive substances.
  • Use a clean, damp cloth to regularly clean your headphones – especially the sound outlets and microphone openings – to prevent the accumulation of substances like earwax or sweat.
  • If droplets of sweat or water remain in the sound outlets, air vents, or microphone openings, the volume level may temporarily decrease or be cut off. This is not a malfunction. Use a soft, damp cloth to dry the headphones thoroughly. Alternatively, for earbud headphones, remove the ear tips, turn the sound outlets downwards, and gently tap the headphones about five times on a dry cloth or similar to remove any remaining water.
  • Ensure the headphones are completely dry before charging and use.
  • Avoid using disposable alcohol wipes or other substances for cleaning.
  • Do not expose the built-in battery to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.
  • There is a risk of explosion if the battery is not replaced correctly. Replace only with the same or an equivalent type.
  • To achieve the specific IP rating, the charging port cover must be closed.
  • Disposing of a battery in a fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery, can result in an explosion.
  • Do not leave a battery in an extremely high-temperature environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

Battery Replacement Warning: Replacing the battery with the wrong type carries the risk of serious damage to the headphones and battery (e.g., in the case of certain lithium battery types). If the headphones are not used for a long period, the rechargeable battery's charge will start to deplete. To prevent this loss, fully charge the battery at least once every three months. To prevent the risk of fire, the equipment is supplied only from an external power source, the output of which must comply with PS1 (with an output capacity of less than or equal to 15 W).

Operating and Storage Temperatures and Humidity

  • Store in a space where the temperature ranges between -20°C and 50°C with relative humidity up to 90%.
  • Operate in a space where the temperature ranges between 0°C and 45°C with relative humidity up to 90%.
  • Battery life may be shorter under high or low temperature conditions.
