Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Left Side Panel
Take Part 1 (Side Panel - Left). Insert two Cam Lock Bolts (A) into the designated holes on the inner face. Attach two Cam Lock Nuts (N1) and two Hinge Pins (J1) with Hinge Plates (J4) to the front edge using two Screws (D). Flip the panel 180 degrees. Insert two Cam Lock Bolts (A) into the designated holes on the outer face.
Step 2: Attach Right Side Panel to Left Side Panel
Take Part 2 (Side Panel - Right). Attach Part 2 to Part 1 using two Bolts (B).
Step 3: Prepare Base and Top Panels
Take Part 6 (Cabinet Base Panel) and Part 3 (Cabinet Top Panel). Insert ten Cam Lock Bolts (A) into the designated holes on Part 6. Insert four Cam Lock Bolts (A) and four Dowels (C) into Part 3.
Step 4: Attach Side Panels and Back Support to Base
Attach Part 4 (Back Panel Support) and Part 2 (Side Panel - Right) to Part 6 (Cabinet Base Panel) using five Bolts (B). The diagram also shows Part 1 (Left Side Panel) being positioned.
Step 5: Insert Back Panel
Slide Part 5 (Back Panel) into the grooves of the assembled structure formed by Parts 1, 2, 4, and 6.
Step 6: Attach Cabinet Top Panel
Attach Part 3 (Cabinet Top Panel) to the assembled structure (Parts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6) using five Bolts (B). Ensure the panel is aligned correctly.
Step 7: Insert Middle Shelf Panel
Slide Part 7 (Middle Shelf Panel) into the designated slots within the cabinet structure.
Step 8: Prepare Cabinet Top Surface
Take Part 8 (Cabinet Top Surface). Insert four Cam Lock Bolts (A) and four Dowels (C) into the designated holes on the underside.
Step 9: Attach Cabinet Top Surface
Place Part 8 (Cabinet Top Surface) onto the assembled cabinet body (Parts 3, 6). Secure it using four Bolts (B).
Step 10: Assemble Leg Frames
Take two Leg Frames (9) and two Leg Support Bars (10). Assemble them using four Screws (M) and the Allen Wrench (L).
Step 11: Attach Leg Assembly to Cabinet
Place the assembled leg structure (from Step 10) onto the bottom of the cabinet (Part 6). Secure it using eight Screws (K) and the Allen Wrench (L).
Step 12: Install Shelves and Check Alignment
Insert four Shelves (11) into the cabinet. The diagram indicates checking for 90-degree angles at the corners. Attach Hinge Screws (H) to the door panels (12 and 13).
Step 13: Attach Door Hinges to Doors
Take two Door Panels (12, 13). Attach two Hinge Brackets (G) to each door panel using two Screws (F) and two Screws (D) with washers (N2) for the left door (12) and two Screws (F) and two Screws (G2) for the right door (13).
Step 14: Mount Doors to Cabinet
Attach the assembled doors (12, 13) to the cabinet body. The diagram shows using screws (F) to attach the doors to the cabinet frame.
Step 15: Attach and Adjust Foot Pads
Attach sixteen Foot Pads (I) to the bottom of the legs. Rotate the pads to adjust the cabinet's height and ensure it is level on the floor. ⬆️⬇️
Step 16: Install Wall Anchor
Position the assembled cabinet against the wall. Use the Wall Anchor Strap and Screws (N) to secure the cabinet to the wall for stability. Follow the detailed diagram showing attachment points and hardware usage (J3, J4, J5, J2).
