Panel Layout
The panel layout diagram illustrates the arrangement of the cabinet's main components. It shows how parts like the side panels (2, 3), top (1), base (4), shelves (6, 7, 8, 10), back panels (11, 12), and door frames (14, 15) are positioned relative to each other before assembly.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach panel 1 (top) and panel 6 (shelf) to panel 3 (right side). Use screws A (x16) and screws M (x4). The diagram shows screws being inserted into pre-drilled holes. A close-up view indicates the use of a tool to insert screw A and a bracket with screw M.
Step 2
Connect two panels 8 (shelves) and panel 11 (back panel) to panel 3 (right side). Use dowels C (x4) and connectors B (x4). The diagram shows dowels inserted into holes and panels being joined. A close-up view illustrates how connector B secures the panels.
Step 3
Connect two panels 8 (shelves) to panel 2 (left side). Use dowels C (x4) and connectors B (x4). Similar to Step 2, dowels and connectors are used to join the panels.
Step 4
Slide panel 11 (back panel) into the grooves of the assembled left side structure (panel 2 and shelves 8). An arrow indicates the direction of insertion.
Step 5
Attach panel 6 (shelf) to the left side structure (panel 2 and shelves 8). Use dowels C (x4) and screws J (x4). An Allen key (E) is provided for tightening screws J. A close-up shows the use of dowels and screws.
Step 6
The diagram shows the partially assembled left side structure with panel 11 (back panel) fully inserted.
Step 7
Attach panel 1 (top) to the left side structure (panel 2, shelves 8). Use dowels C (x4) and connectors B (x4). Also attach brackets F1 (x2) using screws F2 (x2). A close-up shows the use of connectors B and brackets F1 with screws F2.
Step 8
Prepare panels 4 (base) and 5 (side). Insert screws A (x12) and connectors Q (x4) into the designated holes on these panels. A close-up shows screw A being inserted and connector Q being used.
Step 9
Attach panel 7 (shelf) and panel 9 (support) to panel 5 (right side). Use dowels C (x6) and connectors B (x6). The diagram shows the assembly of vertical and horizontal elements. A close-up shows connector B being used.
Step 10
Slide panel 12 (back panel) into the grooves of the assembled structure from Step 9. An arrow indicates the direction of insertion.
Step 11
Attach panel 4 (base) to the assembled structure from Step 10. Use dowels C (x6) and connectors B (x6). The diagram shows the base panel being joined to the vertical and shelf components.
Step 12
Attach panel 5 (right side) to the assembled structure from Step 11. This step completes the main cabinet frame. Panel 12 (back panel) is shown in place.
Step 13
Join the upper section (panels 1, 2, 6) to the lower section (panels 4, 5). Use dowels C (x4) and connectors B (x4). The diagram shows the two main cabinet sections being aligned and secured.
Step 14
Secure the assembled cabinet structure. Use screws D (x20) and screws I (x20). The diagram shows screws being inserted into the back and top of the cabinet to reinforce its structure. A close-up shows screw D and screw I being used.
Step 15
Attach part 1 (top panel) to the main cabinet structure. Use screws K (x2) and L (x2). The diagram shows the top panel being secured. A close-up shows the type of screws and their placement.
Step 16
Prepare the doors (part 15). Attach hinges N (x4) using screws M (x8). Attach caps G (x2) and screws H (x2) to the door frames. A close-up shows the hinge attachment and the use of caps and screws.
Step 17
Attach the prepared doors (part 15) to the cabinet. Use screws M (x16) to secure the hinges to the cabinet frame. A close-up shows the hinge being attached to the cabinet.
Step 18
Prepare the upper doors (part 14). Attach hinges N (x4) using screws M (x8). Attach caps G (x2) and screws H (x2) to the door frames. This step is similar to Step 16 but for the upper doors.
Step 19
Attach the prepared upper doors (part 14) to the cabinet. Use screws M (x16) to secure the hinges. Attach caps P (x28) to cover screw heads or for aesthetic purposes. The diagram shows the doors being mounted and caps being applied. Further diagrams illustrate how to adjust the hinges for proper door alignment.
