ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Safety and Care Advice
Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly
- Check you have all the components and tools listed on the following pages.
- Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups.
- Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed.
- Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting.
- During assembly do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.
- Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.
- Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor.
- Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people.
- To reduce the likelihood of damaging your product, please ensure that your power drill is set on a low torque setting.
Care and maintenance
- Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners.
- From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit.
- This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre.
Handy Hints
- Assemble all parts and bolts loosely during assembly, only once the product is complete should you fully tighten the bolts.
- Regularly check and ensure that all bolts and fittings are tightened properly.
WARNING: To help prevent overturning
Please follow these instructions to help prevent product toppling over:
- Use the anti-tip strap or wall fixing method provided (if applicable).
- Do not allow children to climb or hang on the furniture.
- Do not open more than one drawer at a time.
- Do not place heavy items in the top drawers.
- Do not place heavy items on top of the furniture, unless the furniture has been designed for this purpose.
Please note that only the anti-tip strap is provided. You will need to provide wall plugs and screws applicable for your wall type.
⚠ Warning: Excessive weight hazard! Use two or more people to move, assemble, or install cabinets to avoid back injury. Do not leave children unattended near cabinets, high risk of tipping if cabinets are installed incorrectly: securely attach cabinets to the wall to avoid serious injury.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach the Left Side Panel (LSP) and Right Side Panel (RSP) to the base structure. Insert 14 cam bolts (a) into the designated holes and 6 dowels (f) into their respective holes. Secure by tightening the cam bolts.

Step 2
Attach drawer slides to the Left Side Panel (LSP). Insert 9 screws (d) and 3 screws (h) to secure the slides. Arrows indicate the direction of attachment.

Attach drawer slides to the Right Side Panel (RSP). Insert 9 screws (d) and 3 screws (h) to secure the slides. Arrows indicate the direction of attachment.

Step 4
Attach the Deck (DE) to the base structure. Insert 4 cam bolts (a) into the designated holes and secure by tightening them.

Step 5
Prepare Connecting Panels (FCP) and Connecting Panels (DCP). Insert 28 dowels (f) into the designated holes on 5 FCP panels and 2 DCP panels.

Step 6
Attach the prepared Connecting Panels (FCP and DCP) to the base structure (LSP). Ensure correct alignment.

Step 7
Secure the vertical panels (FCP and DCP) to the base structure (LSP) using 7 cam locks (b). Insert cam locks into the holes and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 8
Attach the Back Panel (BP) to the assembled cabinet frame. Slide the back panel into the grooves.

Step 9
Prepare drawer slides for insertion into the cabinet. For the left side, attach the inner slide component (ha) to the cabinet structure (LSP). Repeat for 3 drawers.

Step 10
Prepare drawer slides for insertion into the cabinet. For the right side, attach the inner slide component (ha) to the cabinet structure (RSP). Repeat for 3 drawers.

Step 11
Continue assembling the cabinet frame by attaching the Back Panel (BP) and ensuring all vertical panels (FCP) and side panels (LSP, RSP) are correctly positioned.

Step 12
Secure the cabinet frame using 7 cam locks (b). Insert cam locks into the designated holes on the Right Side Panel (RSP) and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 13
Attach the Deck (DE) to the top of the cabinet frame. Slide it into place and ensure it aligns with the side panels (LSP, RSP) and back panel (BP).

Step 14
Secure the Deck (DE) to the cabinet frame using 4 cam locks (b). Insert cam locks into the designated holes on the Right Side Panel (RSP) and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 15
Attach cam bolts (d x 12) and cam bolts (g x 4) to the drawer front (DE). Insert cam locks (d) and cam locks (g) into the corresponding holes on the side panels (FCP, DCP) and turn clockwise to secure.

Step 16
Assemble the drawer slides. Attach the outer slide component (hb) to the inner slide component (ha) using 2 screws (h). Repeat for all drawer slides.

Assemble the drawer sides (LD, RD) and drawer front (DF). Insert 32 cam bolts (a) into the drawer front and secure using cam locks (a). Repeat for 4 drawer assemblies.

Step 18
Attach the drawer back (BD) to the drawer sides (LD, RD) using 8 cam locks (sb). Insert cam locks and turn clockwise to secure. Repeat for 4 drawer assemblies.

Step 19
Slide the drawer bottom (DD) into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides and back. Attach the drawer front (DF) to the drawer sides and bottom, securing with cam locks (sb).

Step 20
Assemble the drawer box by attaching the drawer back (BD) to the drawer sides (LD, RD) using 8 cam locks (sb). Ensure the drawer bottom (DD) is correctly positioned within the grooves. Repeat for 4 drawer assemblies.

Step 21
Assemble the drawer front (DF) to the drawer box. Ensure the drawer bottom (DD) is correctly seated. Secure using cam locks (sb). Repeat for 4 drawer assemblies.

Secure the drawer assembly using 16 cam locks (sb). Insert cam locks into the designated holes and turn clockwise to tighten. Repeat for 4 drawer assemblies.

Attach the inner drawer slides (ha) to the assembled drawer boxes using 8 screws (d). Ensure correct orientation. Repeat for 4 drawer assemblies.
