Important Notice

• Follow the installation instructions. Please confirm all accessories are preset before installation.
• Do not fully tighten the screws during initial assembly. Fully tighten screws only once all pieces are correctly assembled.
• If you encounter any problems during installation, please contact customer service.

Cam Lock Fastening System

This system will be used throughout the assembly process.

How to use Cam Locks:

• Insert the cam lock bolt (G) into the pre-drilled hole on one panel.
• Align the second panel with the bolt head exposed.
• Insert the cam lock nut (H) into the larger hole on the second panel, ensuring the arrow or opening points towards the bolt head.
• Use a screwdriver ? to turn the cam lock nut clockwise (approximately 180 degrees) to secure the panels.
• Ensure the connection is firm and flush.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Prepare panels 2 and 4. Insert screws (A) and cam lock housings (I) into the designated holes on panel 2. Insert cam lock nuts (H) into the designated holes on panel 4, ensuring the arrow on the nut points towards the edge where the bolt will enter.

Hardware Used: A (6 PCS), E (2 PCS), I (1 PC), H (2 PCS)

Step 2

Connect panel 4 to panel 2. Insert dowels (B) and (C) into the corresponding holes on panel 2. Align panel 4 with the dowels and the cam lock bolts (G) from panel 2. Tighten the cam lock nuts (H) in panel 4 to secure the connection.

Hardware Used: B (2 PCS), C (2 PCS), H (2 PCS)

Step 3

Attach the inner drawer slide rail (26 CR) to panel 7. Align the rail with the pre-drilled holes and secure it using screws (E).

Hardware Used: E (2 PCS), 26 CR (1 PC)

Step 4

Connect panel 7 to panel 2. Insert dowels (B) and (C) into the corresponding holes on panel 2. Align panel 7 with the dowels and the cam lock bolts (G) from panel 2. Tighten the cam lock nuts (H) in panel 7 to secure the connection.

Hardware Used: B (2 PCS), C (2 PCS), H (2 PCS)

Step 5

Connect panel 5 to panel 2. Insert dowels (B) and (C) into the corresponding holes on panel 2. Align panel 5 with the dowels and the cam lock bolts (G) from panel 2. Tighten the cam lock nuts (H) in panel 5 to secure the connection.

Step 6

Attach the inner drawer slide rail (26 CL) to panel 6. Align the rail with the pre-drilled holes and secure it using screws (E).

Step 7

Connect panel 4 and panel 6 to panel 7. Insert dowels (B) and (C) into the corresponding holes on panel 7. Align panel 4 and panel 6 with the dowels and the cam lock bolts (G) from panel 7. Tighten the cam lock nuts (H) in panels 4 and 6 to secure the connection.

Hardware Used: B (4 PCS), C (4 PCS), H (4 PCS)

Step 8

Insert the horizontal shelf (11) into the assembled structure. Slide it into the designated grooves or supports.

Step 9

Insert the horizontal shelf (23) into the assembled structure. Slide it into the designated grooves or supports.

Insert the horizontal shelf (10) into the assembled structure. Slide it into the designated grooves or supports.

Step 11

Attach the top panel (3) to the side panels (4, 7). Insert dowels (C, D) into the corresponding holes on panels 4 and 7. Align the top panel (3) with the dowels and cam lock bolts. Insert cam lock nuts (Ci, Di) into panel 3 and tighten them to secure the top panel.

Hardware Used: C (8 PCS), D (8 PCS), Ci/Di (Cam Lock Nuts)

Step 12

Attach the casters (24) to the bottom panel (2). Align the casters with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of panel 2 and secure them using screws (E).

Hardware Used: E (20 PCS), 24 (x1 SETS)

Step 13

Attach the support bar (8) to the bottom panel (2). Align the support bar with the pre-drilled holes and secure it using screws (A) and dowels (B, C).

Hardware Used: A (2 PCS), B (2 PCS), C (2 PCS)

Step 14

Place the main cabinet body (assembled structure from previous steps) onto the bottom panel (2) with casters attached. Align the bottom of the cabinet body with the bottom panel.

Action: Place cabinet body onto base.

Step 15

Secure the main cabinet body to the bottom panel (2). Use screws (A) and dowels (B, C) to connect the cabinet body to the bottom panel.

Hardware Used: A (6 PCS), B (6 PCS), C (6 PCS)

Step 16

Assemble drawer components. Attach drawer slide rails (13, 14, 15) to the drawer side panels. Use screws (A, J) and dowels (B, F, G).

Hardware Used: A (4 PCS), J (4 PCS), B (4 PCS), F (2 PCS), G (1 PC)

Step 17

Continue assembling drawer components. Attach drawer slide rails (17) to the drawer sides.

Step 18

Attach the drawer front panel (14) to the drawer sides (15, 16). Align the panel and secure it using screws (D).

Hardware Used: D (4 PCS), 14 (1 PC), 15 (1 PC), 16 (1 PC)

Step 19

Attach the inner drawer slide rails (26 DL) to the drawer sides. Align the rails with the pre-drilled holes and secure them using screws (M). Attach the outer drawer slide rails (26 DR) to the drawer sides and secure them using screws (M).

Hardware Used: M (4 PCS), 26 DL (2 PCS), 26 DR (2 PCS)

Step 20

Attach drawer slide rails (18, 19, 20) to the drawer sides. Use screws (A, B, F).

Hardware Used: A (4 PCS), B (4 PCS), F (2 PCS), 18 (1 PC), 19 (1 PC), 20 (1 PC)

Step 21

Assemble drawer components. Attach drawer slide rails (19, 20, 21, 22) to the drawer sides. Use screws (D).

Hardware Used: D (4 PCS), 19 (1 PC), 20 (1 PC), 21 (1 PC), 22 (1 PC)

Step 22

Assemble drawer components. Attach drawer slide rails (22) to the drawer sides. Use screws (D).

Hardware Used: D (4 PCS), 22 (1 PC)

Step 23

Attach the inner drawer slide rails (26 DL) to the drawer sides. Align the rails with the pre-drilled holes and secure them using screws (M). Attach the outer drawer slide rails (26 DR) to the drawer sides and secure them using screws (M).

Hardware Used: M (4 PCS), 26 DL (2 PCS), 26 DR (2 PCS)

Step 24

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet. Carefully slide each drawer into its corresponding track.

Action: Insert drawers.

Step 25

Attach drawer handles/knobs. Use screws (E, F, H, G) and dowel pins (L) as indicated for each drawer and door.

Hardware Used: E (2 PCS), F (1 PC), G (1 PC), H (2 PCS), L (2 PCS)

Step 26

Attach the door. Use the cam lock system to secure the door to the cabinet frame.

Action: Attach door using cam locks.

Step 27

Apply hole labels as indicated. Use screws (E) to attach any necessary components, then cover screw heads with plastic caps (N).

Hardware Used: E (2 PCS), N (8 PCS)

Step 28

Installation completed.
