10. Important Tips: Print Label of Multiple Size using 'Take a snap shot'
The 'Take a snap shot' function can resolve most printing problems by allowing you to print only the desired area.
1. How to print your labels with nonstandard size:
If your PDF/file is an unusual size (e.g., A4) and you cannot find a matching label size, use the 'take a snapshot' function.
(1) For Windows:
- Open the PDF in Adobe Reader.
- From the top panel, select 'Edit' > 'Take a Snapshot'. Choose the area you want to print.
[Screenshot of Adobe Reader showing the Edit menu with 'Take a Snapshot' highlighted.]
c. Click 'Print', set up the page size to match the labels you load, then print.
Note: Please ensure the page size matches the loaded label size. Otherwise, it may print over the label or be misaligned.

(2) For MAC:
- Find 'File' in the top left corner of your desktop > Click 'Open' > Click Desktop > Choose PDF file (or open with Adobe).
[Screenshot of macOS Finder showing file selection.]
b. From the top panel, select View > Rotate View > Clockwise so that the labels are side by side. (If the labels are laid vertically, skip this step.)
[Screenshot of PDF viewer showing View menu with Rotate View options.]
c. Next, from the top panel, select Edit > Take a Snapshot. Then click and drag over one of the labels that you need, so that you can print a specific range of label.

(3) For Smartphone:
You can resize the label in the 'Shipping Printer' App.
2. If you want to print a label with a barcode, please ensure the barcode is printed vertically to prevent high temperatures from blocking or making it unscannable.
