1. Bluetooth Setup (Smartphone)

1.1 For App of Smartphone Setup

⚠️ Note: Before installing the APP, please make sure you've calibrated the printer correctly as following steps:

1. Feed labels.
2. Long press feed button until printer beep one, release your fingers.
3. Printer will automatically calibrate the printer and load two labels.

Search for "Shipping Printer" in the App Store or Google Play.

Bluetooth Connection and File Selection

7. Print Settings

When selecting files:

• Suggest to Choose PDF file.
• If choosing a photo via iPhone, please save the photo to iCloud driver first because Apple does not allow the app direct access to the Photos app.
• If it is a PDF, you can choose the file that you have saved.

1.1.1 More Setup: For iOS

If you cannot find the file in Pic 4 of page 2, you can start the printing process by following steps shown in Pic 9 - Pic 13.

If you still cannot find the file, you can share PDF files through social media. Please follow Pic 14 - 17, and then continue with steps shown in Pic 1 to Pic 8 on pages 2 and 3.

⚠️ Note: If you have received a label (PDF file) from Twitter, Instagram, or other apps, you can open and print it as shown below.

Android Setup and Troubleshooting

For Android:

If you cannot find the file on Android, there are two methods you can print:

1. "Download official version": Open the file in Messenger. After downloading, open the shipping printer app, select "Choose file", and you should find the file.
2. "Other apps": Click this option, then tap the "Shipping Printer" app (as shown in Pic 18 - Pic 21), and then continue with steps shown in Pic 1 to Pic 8 on pages 2 and 3.

⚠️ Note: If you cannot connect Bluetooth (as shown in Pic 3 on page 2), please ensure your 'Location Service' and 'Tracking' are enabled (see Pic 22-Pic 23). Then follow the steps from Pic 1 to Pic 8 on pages 1, 2, and 3.

Additional Features and Support

⚠️ Note:

1. Please print PDF files, not pictures. The print quality of PDFs is better than photos. If you must use a photo, use a high-quality picture.
2. iPad devices may not be compatible with the printer; it is recommended to use a mobile phone for Bluetooth printing.
