Safety Instructions

Never work when voltage is present on the luminaire.

The installation must be performed by a professional installer in compliance with the standards and regulations relating to electrical installations.

Do not use chemicals or abrasives products to clean the fixture.

Installation Steps

Preparation

Step 1: Cutout Preparation

A circular cutout in the ceiling is required with a diameter of Ø69 mm (+/-1 mm).

Mounting and Wiring

Step 2: Insert Fixture

Place the Miks fixture into the prepared ceiling cutout.

Step 3: Secure Fixture

Rotate the fixture to engage its mounting mechanism and secure it in place.

Step 4: Electrical Connection Preparation

Open the electrical connector and prepare the wires for connection.

Step 5: Connect Wires

Insert the live (L), neutral (N), and earth (ground) wires into the corresponding terminals within the connector. The connector has clearly marked terminals for L, N, and Earth.

Step 6: Close Connector

Close the connector cover securely after making the connections.

Step 7: Wiring Terminal Block

The wiring terminal block is designed for easy connection of L, N, and Earth wires.

Step 8: Final Fixture Placement

Push the fixture upwards into the ceiling. Spring clips will engage to hold the fixture firmly.

Verification

Step 9: Connection Check

Ensure electrical connections are made correctly. A diagram indicates correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) connection states, possibly relating to waveform integrity or polarity.

Completion

Step 10: Final Installation View

The installed fixture sits flush with the ceiling surface.
