First-Time Pairing: Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth
On your device, turn on Bluetooth from your settings.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator will flash red and blue, indicating it has entered pairing mode.

Step 3: Connect to Device
Select "JLab BT" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The indicator will slowly flash blue when the Bluetooth pairing is complete.

Repeat Use
Once the initial pairing is complete for your JLab Fit Sport 3 earbuds, they will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device when powered on again. Follow the button function instructions.
Button Functions
Sound EQ Modes
Quickly press the buttons to cycle through different Sound EQ modes. The Fit Sport 3 earbuds switch between 3 different sound EQ settings.
- JLab Signature Sound: Single beep.
- JLab C3 Custom Balanced Sound: Double beep.
- JLab Studio Bass Boost: Triple beep.
Volume and Track Control
- Volume Up: Single tap.
- Next Track: Long press for more than 2 seconds.
- Volume Down: Single tap.
- Previous Track: Long press for more than 2 seconds.
Power and Call Management
- Power On: Press and hold for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold for 5 seconds.
- Play/Pause/Answer Call: Single tap.
- End Call: Single tap.
- Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Double tap.
- Bluetooth Pairing: Press and hold for 10 seconds (refer to First-Time Pairing).
Charging
Step 1: Connect Charger
Open the USB port cover to connect the cable to a computer or a USB power source. Ensure you are using a power source with a standard 5V or lower voltage.

Charging Indicator
The indicator light turns solid red while charging and turns blue when charging is complete.

Fitment
To achieve the best fit, try different ear tip sizes and ear hooks. Follow these steps:
- Choose the ear tip size that best fits your ear canal.
- Insert the earbud into your ear, then rotate it to find the most secure position.
- Start by inserting the back of the earbud, then rotate it around your ear.
- Secure the wire in front of and behind your ears, and along the bottom.

Using the Wire Clip
Attach the clip near the middle of the wire. Secure it to your clothing from the front or back for stability.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Problem: Cannot see JLab BT on my device
If you cannot see the JLab BT earbuds, repeat the first-time pairing steps. Try turning your device's Bluetooth off and then on again.

Problem: JLab BT will not reconnect to my device after powering on
Delete "JLab BT" from your device's Bluetooth settings. Then, repeat the first-time pairing steps.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues (Continued)
Problem: Bluetooth connects to an unwanted device
If you have previously paired the JLab BT earbuds with multiple devices, turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices. Then, turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.

Action: Resetting the Earbuds
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator will flash red and blue, indicating it has entered pairing mode. Select "JLab BT" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The indicator will slowly flash blue when pairing is complete.

Warning
Before Charging
Ensure the JLab Fit Sport 3 earbuds are completely dry before charging. Exposure of the earbuds to moisture can damage internal components. It is best to air dry them before charging.
Charging Port Protection
Make sure the USB port cover is closed and secured. This protects the earbuds from sweat and water damage.
Tips
- Avoid getting any moisture or liquids inside the earbud or charging port.
- Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Avoid dropping, crushing, or excessively straining the wire. Do not bend the wire at sharp angles.
- Earwax may build up on the earbud tips, which can reduce sound quality. Carefully clean the earwax using a cotton swab or other suitable tools to improve sound quality.
- If you experience any discomfort, try lowering the volume or discontinuing use for a short period.
- If discomfort persists when using this product, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to how you would treat your eyeglasses. Keep them in a safe place when not in use.
