IKEA Loyalty Members Offer – Free 'Click and Collect' with No Minimum Spend

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion: During the Promotional Period, all IKEA Loyalty Members completing their online purchases will have the applicable ‘Click and collect' fee ($5) waived (with no minimum spend threshold) from any one of our IKEA Retail Stores.
2. Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. IKEA Loyalty Members only: This Promotion is only available to IKEA Loyalty Members only (being IKEA Family Members or IKEA Business Network Members) who identify with their membership details before completing their purchase transaction.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period commences from 12:00am (Sydney Time) on Monday 20 January 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney Time) on Sunday 31 August 2025.
5. No minimum spend amount: There is no minimum spend amount threshold for IKEA Loyalty Members to take advantage of this Promotion.
6. IKEA Australia Retail Stores only: This Promotion does not include any IKEA 'Plan and Order Point' locations or IKEA ‘Collection Point' locations. The Promotion is only available for our 'Click and collect' services from our Retail Stores. A full list of all the available IKEA Australia Retail Stores for this Promotion is provided at Annexure A to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Redemption - Assisted purchase (Remote Shopping): Loyalty Members must provide their IKEA Family membership details to the IKEA sales assistant creating your order. The Promotion will be applied by the IKEA sales assistant if the ‘Click and collect' option is requested.
8. Redemption – Online / IKEA Australia App: Purchases may be made via our website at IKEA.com.au or on the official IKEA Australian App. IKEA Loyalty Members must sign into their IKEA Family Account and/or IKEA Business Network account and/or insert their membership details when prompted. The Promotion will be automatically applied if the ‘Click and collect' option is selected.
9. No transfer or cash redemption: The ‘Click and collect' fee is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for either cash or towards the cost of products purchased (if 'Click and collect' is not selected).
10. No Reward Keys redemption for Click and Collect: As the ‘Click and collect' fee is waived during the Promotion, Reward Keys linked to an IKEA Family membership account may not be used towards Online Delivery services, or in-lieu for any further discounts on the selected purchases.
11. Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Promoter's decision is final. The Promotion will not be extended for reasons due to network connectivity and/or online banking/merchant difficulties encountered during the attempted redemption of the Promotional online.
12. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. No withdrawal notification will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 12).
13. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers shall review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 13).
14. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 14).
15. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
