1. General Provisions

Promotion Name: "Order and Collect for 1 PLN at the Mobile Order Collection Point in Koszalin".

Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05090 Raszyn. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.

2. Promotion Terms and Conditions

2.1. Promotion Period: 13.06.2025 - 31.07.2025.

2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Szczecin store (ul. Białowieska 2, 71-010 Szczecin), IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA app, phone orders, or orders via the IKEA Chat service.

2.3. Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units granted legal capacity by law.

2.4. Scope: The promotion is for retail customers and applies to IKEA products typically purchased by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to the purchase of IKEA products for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.

2.5. Participation Requirements: Eligibility is for members of the IKEA Family club and IKEA Business Network. An IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network virtual card must be presented before payment in an IKEA store. For online, phone, or chat orders, the IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number must be provided during the order. Only IKEA Family members can place orders via the IKEA app.

3. Detailed Promotion Conditions

3.1. Promotion Benefit: Delivery service to the Mobile Order Collection Point in Koszalin is reduced from PLN 49 to PLN 1 for purchases totaling at least PLN 500, after applying all applicable IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member promotions.

3.2. Excluded Items: Products purchased from the "Occasion Deals" section, custom-made products, IKEA Food items available in the IKEA Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, and Bistro are not included in the promotion.

3.3. Multiple Participations: Customers can participate in the promotion multiple times during its validity period.

3.4. Returns: Returning products purchased under this promotion means forfeiting the promotion benefits. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

4. Other Provisions

4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.

4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:

• The complaint form available on the Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA website.
• In person at the Customer Service Department of IKEA Szczecin store (in writing), or by mail to the address of IKEA Szczecin Store (Head of Customer Service Department).

4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint's reason.

4.5. Regulations Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Szczecin Customer Service Department and on www.ikea.pl/regulaminy.

4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.

4.7. Consumer Rights: For consumers and individuals whose contracts are directly related to their economic activity but do not have a professional character (as per the Central Register of Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract under the provisions of Art. 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects under the provisions of Art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

4.8. Effective Date: These Regulations are effective from 13.06.2025.
