Programming Procedure

  1. Step 1: Press and hold the programming button on the EVO-KEY module. Insert the 4-Pin Data-Link Connector. The LED indicator will alternate between YELLOW and RED.
  2. Step 2: Release the programming button when the LED turns solid RED. If the LED is not solid RED, disconnect the 4-Pin connector and repeat Step 1.
  3. Step 3: Insert the remaining required connectors into the EVO-KEY module.
  4. Step 4: Press and release the programming button 6 times (6x). The RED LED will flash 5 times and pause.
  5. Step 5: Do not press the brake pedal. Press the START/STOP button twice to turn ON the ignition. The RED LED will flash rapidly 10 times. This indicates the key bypass is programmed.
  6. Step 6: Press the START/STOP button once to turn OFF the ignition.

The module is now programmed. Test all supported features using the remote starter or security system to ensure proper programming.
