Connector Pinouts
Detailed pinout diagrams are provided for the following connectors:
- White 38-Pins Connector (I/P Fuse box)
- Black 4-Pins Connector (I/P Fuse box)
- Black 82-Pin Connector (Driver's side kick panel)
Wire colors for connections include Yellow, Red, Pink, Green, Brown/Orange, and Blue.
Programming Procedure
Follow these steps to program the EVO-KEY module:
- Step 1: Press and hold the programming button. Insert the 4-Pin (Data-Link Connector). The LED will alternate between YELLOW and RED.
- Step 2: Release the programming button when the LED is RED. If the LED is not solid RED, disconnect the 4-Pin connector and return to Step 1.
- Step 3: Insert the remaining required connectors.
- Step 4: Press and release the programming button 6 times (6x). The RED LED will flash 5 times and pause.
- Step 5: (Ignition ON) Do not press the brake pedal. Press the START/STOP button twice to turn ON the ignition. The RED LED will flash rapidly 10x times. Key bypass is now programmed.
- Step 6: (Ignition OFF) Press the START/STOP button once to turn OFF the ignition.
Module Status: The module is now programmed. Test all supported features using the remote starter or security system remote.
