The controller supports different socket types for various regions, including US, EU, and UK versions.
4. Key Operation Instruction
4.1 Power On/Off
To turn off the controller: When working normally, press and hold the SET, INCREASE (▲), and DECREASE (▼) keys simultaneously for 3 seconds. The display and all outputs will turn off.
To turn on the controller: When powered off, press and hold the SET, INCREASE (▲), and DECREASE (▼) keys simultaneously for 1 second to enter normal measuring mode.
4.2 Enquiry Differential Value
When the controller is working normally, short press the INCREASE (▲) key once to display the humidification differential (HD) value. Short press the DECREASE (▼) key once to display the dehumidification differential (DD) value. After two seconds, the display will return to the normal humidity reading.
4.3 Enquiry Measuring Temperature
Press the INCREASE (▲) and DECREASE (▼) keys simultaneously. The current temperature value will be displayed on the PV screen. Release the keys; after 2 seconds, the display will return to the normal humidity reading.
4.4 How to Set Parameters
When the controller is working normally, press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the parameter setting mode. The PV screen will display the first menu code, "HS" (Humidity Set Value), and the SV screen will show its current setting value.
Press the INCREASE (▲) key to page down through the menu codes. Press the DECREASE (▼) key to change the current parameter value.
After completing all settings, press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds to save the parameter settings and return to the normal humidity display mode. If there is no operation for 10 seconds during the setting process, the system will automatically quit the menu and return to normal display mode without saving the modifications.
4.5 Setup Flow Chart
The parameter setup process can be visualized as follows:
- Press and hold the SET key for over 3 seconds to enter the parameter setup mode.
- The first parameter is HS (Humidity Set Value). Set the desired value (default 50%RH). Press SET to confirm.
- Next is HD (Humidification Differential Value). Set the differential value (default 5%RH). Press SET to confirm.
- Then is DD (Dehumidification Differential Value). Set the differential value (default 5%RH). Press SET to confirm.
- Next is AH (Alarm High Humidity Set Value). Set the high alarm limit (default 99%RH). Press SET to confirm.
- Then is AL (Alarm Low Humidity Set Value). Set the low alarm limit (default 0%RH). Press SET to confirm.
- Next is PT (Delay Protection Value). Set the compressor delay time (default 1 minute). Press SET to confirm.
- Finally is CA (Humidity Calibration). Set the calibration offset (default 0%RH). Press SET to confirm.
- After setting CA, press and hold SET for 3 seconds to save all settings and return to the "Working normally" mode.

5.1 Temperature Control Range Setting (HS, HD, DD)
When the controller is operating normally, the LED displays the current humidity. It automatically recognizes and initiates humidification or dehumidification.
Dehumidification: If the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to HS (Humidity Set Value) + DD (Dehumidification Differential Value), the controller enters dehumidification mode. The dehumidification indicator lamp turns on, and the dehumidification relay activates. If the dehumidification indicator light flickers, the equipment is in delay protection mode. When the measured humidity PV is less than or equal to HS (Humidity Set Value), the dehumidification indicator lamp turns off, and the dehumidification relay stops working.
Humidification: If the measured humidity PV is less than or equal to HS (Humidity Set Value) - HD (Humidification Differential Value), the controller enters humidification mode. The humidification indicator lamp turns on, and the humidification relay activates. When the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to HS (Humidity Set Value), the humidification indicator lamp turns off, and the humidification relay stops working.
5.2 Alarm High/Low Limit Setting (AH, AL)
If the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to AH (Alarm High Humidity Set Value) or less than or equal to AL (Alarm Low Humidity Set Value), an alarm will sound ("BI-BI-BIII"). The current value, AH, or AL will be displayed on the PV screen. The alarm sound can be stopped by pressing any key, but the alarm status will persist until the measured humidity returns to the normal range.
5.3 Compressor Delay (PT)
In dehumidification mode, after power on, if the measured humidity PV is greater than or equal to HS (Humidity Set Value) + DD (Dehumidification Differential Value), the equipment will not start dehumidification immediately but will wait for the preset delay time (PT).
If the time interval between two dehumidification operations (or from power on to dehumidify) is longer than the preset delay, the equipment will start dehumidification immediately. If the time interval is shorter than the preset delay, the equipment will wait until the preset delay is satisfied before starting dehumidification.
The delay time is calculated immediately after the moment dehumidification stops.
5.4 Temperature Calibration (CA)
When there is a deviation between the measured humidity and the actual humidity, use the humidity calibration function to align them. The corrected humidity value is equal to the humidity before calibration plus the corrected value (which can be positive, zero, or negative).
6. Error Description
Sensor Fault Alarm
If the humidity sensor is in a short circuit or open loop condition, the controller will enter sensor fault mode and cancel all actions. A buzzer will alarm, and the LED will display "ER". The buzzer alarm can be dismissed by pressing any key. After the faults are resolved, the system will return to normal working mode.
