Assembly Guidance

Cam Lock and Quickfit

Quickfit Installation: Tighten the quickfit until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

Cam Lock Installation: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The cam lock head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.

Drawer Runner Installation

Pull inner and outer drawer runners apart until the drawer lock is visible. Press and hold the drawer runner lock, then continue to slide the runners apart. Your inner and outer drawer runners are now ready to be fixed to panels.

Assembly Steps

Step 01:

Attach drawer runners (part 15) to side panels (parts 4 and 5) using screws (part D) and cam dowels (part A). Ensure correct orientation.

Step 02:

Attach drawer runners (part G) to top panel (part 1) and base panel (part 2) using screws (parts A, B, H). Ensure correct orientation.

Step 03:

Connect side panels (parts 3, 4, 5) to the back panel (part 7) using screws (part A).

Step 04:

Attach the base panel (part 2) to the assembled side and back panels using screws (part A, B).

Step 05:

Attach the top panel (part 1) to the assembled structure using screws (part A).

Step 06:

Insert drawer front supports (part 15) into the main unit using screws (parts A, H).

Step 07:

Attach drawer runners (parts E, F) to the drawer side panels (parts 5, 14) using screws (parts E, F).

Step 08:

Assemble the drawers: Attach drawer runners (parts 10, 11, 12, 13, 16) to drawer side panels (parts 5, 14) and drawer back panels (part 9) using hardware B, D, H, I. Slide drawer bottom panel (part 8) into the grooves. Attach drawer front panels (part 4).

Step 09:

Connect the LED strip pin and power adapter to the RGB control box. Remove the battery protection pad from the remote controller. Align the remote controller to the RGB control box to adjust the color mode. Battery specification: CR2025 3V.
