IKEA Krakow "Last Pieces" Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: 01.07 – 31.08.2025
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Last Pieces".
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. Share capital: PLN 20,000,000.00. Registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Promotion Conditions
2.1. Promotion Duration: 01.07 – 31.08.2025, or until stocks of promotional items are depleted.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Krakow, ul. Conrada 66, 31-357 Kraków.
2.3. Promotion Scope: Applies to purchases made at the IKEA Krakow physical store.
2.4. Exclusions: Does not apply to orders processed based on the Distance Services Regulations.
2.5. Eligibility: Open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.
2.6. Target Audience: Retail customers. Applies to purchases of IKEA products in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. Not applicable for resale. IKEA employees may participate.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Promotion Mechanism: Opportunity to purchase selected items at a reduced price. A list of promotional items and discount amounts is provided in Appendix 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.2.
3.2. Excluded Items: Items listed in Appendix 1 that were purchased from the "Occasions on the Round" section, and custom-ordered items, are excluded from the promotion.
3.3. Multiple Uses: Customers can participate in the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.4. Returns: Returning products purchased during the promotion implies forfeiture of the promotion benefits. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat on the Contact IKEA page.
- In person, in writing, at the IKEA Krakow Customer Service Department.
- By mail to the IKEA Krakow address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply based on operator tariffs).
- Via the complaint form available on the Complaints IKEA page.
- Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: Must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint's reason.
4.5. Regulations Availability: These Regulations are available at the IKEA Krakow Customer Service Department and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Liability: For consumers and individuals whose business activity is not directly related to the contract, IKEA is liable for the conformity of Goods and Services with the contract as per Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other Customers, IKEA is liable for product defects as per Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Effective Date: These Regulations are effective from 01.07.2025.
4.9. Update Date: These Regulations were updated on 21.07.2025.
